“I found my dream car online, a Cadillac XT5 at Performance GMC Cadillac Columbus, located in Carroll, Ohio. The only issue was: I live in VA, 4.5 hours away from where this dealership is located. After speaking to Jarrod, the sales person I was dealing with, he told me he will see what could be done, regarding the car being delivered. We ended up agreeing that the car will be delivered on Monday, however Jarrod was kind enough to meet me halfway in WV so I could get my car on Friday and enjoy it for the weekend. It was a great shopping experience, Jarrod did provide exceptional customer service and he went above and beyond to accommodate me.I would definitely recommend this dealership.
