“I have been going to this pharmacy for about 6 to 8 months. They are awesome. The ladies who work up front are friendly and very helpful. It's a small home town pharmacy that makes you feel like family. They even ask about my kids and remember things I've said about my health. “This place is usually pretty busy since it's in a little strip mall and next to the one of the busiest streets in Lancaster, Ohio.
You have the option of getting a discount on your gas when you shop at Kroger (and have a Kroger Plus Card), which is a benefit for me because I do a lot of shopping at Kroger.
It's usually a quick in and out as it is for any self-serving gas station unless it's a really busy day like a Friday or a weekend and you usually have to wait in line. I would think that since I have so much business they should add more pumps.”

“I like this Kroger and the pharmacy associates are always very friendly and helpful. Plus I like the pharmacy location inside the store because it is right up front and you can get in and out easily without having to walk the entire store to get to it. They have a drive up window for anyone preferring that service too. They also have a Starbucks (always an added bonus). Their liquor store is fully stocked and they have a large variety of refrigerated beer, hard seltzer and malt beverage offerings. I am between this Kroger and Chillicothe so I could go either direction. I prefer this location because it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot and is significantly less busy overall than the Chillicothe store (which I dread having to go into with a passion since it is always so busy and the parking lot is a drive at your own risk obstacle course). The ONLY downside at this location is no meat counter. I like to select my steaks and thick cut, bone in pork chops from the case so I can get the size and quality I want. All of the meat here is prepackaged. I can usually find something that will work, but if they had a meat counter/case it would make this location 5 stars for me.”

“I switched from Kroger's because they never had my meds in stock and had to order my transplant meds through their specialty pharmacy with giant eagle I'm not only treated with a smile and respect I get a text when time for refill and one for pickup with a price ...there has been no surprises with fees and no extra steps to order my transplant meds thanks to all of the hard workers you are greatly appreciated!!!!”

“Nice store, clean and with lots of selections too. The one downside to this place, thru no real fault of its own, is the line (both inside and drive thru) to get prescriptions. Sometimes the drive thru line goes halfway around the building. Ain't nobody got time for that! At least the lines move relatively quickly.”

I recently visited Lancaster and was in need of some photo books. The girls at the photo counter were awesome and went above and beyond to help me over the course of my three days of scanning, cropping, editing and printing.
