“I had an accident where I broke four vertebrae in my lower back. When I came home from the hospital, I was ready to crawl into my flexsteel recliner and sleep for a week. It was Friday at 2:30 when I was released and when I got home, my recliner was broken!!! I was in full panick mode and called Don. I cant wait until Monday! Within 30 minutes their repairman was in my living room and my recliner was fully operational. I WILL NEVER FORGET DON AND CASEY'S COUNTRYSIDE. Good luck getting that kind of service anywhere else. We are lifetime customers !”

“Love my benches! Great service. Quick response to questions. Purchased 2 custom engraved 4' recycled plastic benches in cedar color with dark green inlay and brown bases. Their website shows you can only get black bases but upon speaking with Ben Denker of Bright Ideas I learned you can get other base colors for a small additional charge. I was EXTREMELY happy with the quality of the engraved dark green resin inlay. The lines in the lettering were sharp and the color beautiful and glossy. I also had a non-standard modification request for font size which they quickly and happily accommodated. It turned out perfectly! There was a minor issue by the third-party freight carrier (not Bright Ideas fault) that was quickly worked out but I was extra impressed when Jami from Bright Ideas called me to ensure everything was OK with my order. This is a small 6-8 person shop that provides highly personalized service and knows their trade and products well. Highly recommend!”

“We were so happy when the Bath store opened and we were in for a pleasant surprise. We are seniors with mobility issues. We searched high and low for a new Christmas tree to meet our needs and finally found what we needed at Petitti's. Big decision for a number of reasons. Mr. Petitti was so kind, helpful and we must say very patient as we were trying to decide. The tree is absolutely beautiful. We did have a slight problem setting it up and called the store. Not only was Laurie helpful but she assured us she would take care of any problem we might have. It was an easy fix. The staff is always pleasant and goes out of their way to help with what we need. It was definitely a little cluttered — aisles packed, shelves full, and you really have to take your time digging through everything. If you’re not in the mood to browse, it can feel a bit overwhelming.
BUT overall, it’s still a really nice location. They had a great selection, plenty of unique pieces, and lots of cute home finds if you’re willing to look. The store itself is nice — just heavily stocked.
So if you’ve got patience and love the thrill of the hunt, it’s worth the stop! You might just find something you didn’t even know you needed. ??”
