“The manager handled a complaint from a customer in front of me very cordially and professionally. She explained the post office processes to him thoroughly and politely and was able to reassure him that she would do what she could to help with his issue.
The process of mailing my packages was also very smooth all around. There was a nice selection of mailers with different designs and sizes and the employee who helped add my postage was nice and efficient.”

“Our courier is great and when I was worried and called the local Firestone Park Brown St center the person Cindy was VERY helpful. Her and our courier worked to get the package to us, even though the address number was incorrect. They are ver kind hardworking and so helpful.”
“The Canal Fulton post office has always been awesome in my opinion! Friendly office staff and we have the best mail carrier (Missy)! She and the other delivery drivers have always been friendly, and consistent with deliveries and we receive a lot of packages! Never has one NOT been delivered. “this post office has been good for the most part... there was 1 time that i called up there to pick up a package instead of having it delivered but they couldnt talk to the carrier in time so after i went to pick it up they said that the carrier already had it and left to deliver the mail for their route other than that small issue its been pretty good in my opinion... oh yea and for all the other people saying that they cant get through to a reAL PERSON on the phone heres the direct line phone number to the post office 330-762-8472”
“Was not told package delivery would require a signature, however when I went to the post office at the end of the day after scheduling a customer pickup for the following day, the manager was nothing but kind when trying to find my package even though I wasn't supposed to be picking it up until the next day, and they were able to get it to me before they closed. Only negatives are the aforementioned lack of communication and having only one person staffing the front counter at one of the busiest times of the day.”
