“This branch deserves 5 stars because the employees are well informed, professional and helpful. It is an old building located right on the roundabout in Sharon Twp, Medina county. It can be a little hard to access because the driveway is narrow and the parking lot is small. It was busy at 11:30am on a Monday.”

“We do the best we can. Just like any other place of employment - you have good and bad employees. It is not an easy job. We are humans and make mistakes like everyone else. We are timed, followed, monitored, deliver in any kind of weather, many of us do not stop from the time we swipe in until the time we swipe out. Not to use the restroom or eat. New carriers get brought on all the time and if they don’t know the route - things may get delivered wrong or not at all. Even harder when you don’t know the area. Please understand that we deliver anywhere from 100 to 600 packages a day on top of the mail. Personally - I walk anywhere from 12 to 16 miles a day, climb at least 20 flights of stairs all while carrying up to 40 pounds in my bag and arms.”

“The Canal Fulton post office has always been awesome in my opinion! Friendly office staff and we have the best mail carrier (Missy)! She and the other delivery drivers have always been friendly, and consistent with deliveries and we receive a lot of packages! Never has one NOT been delivered. They have a difficult job, and I want to thank them all for their hard work!”
