“I stopped in about a month ago and the workers were very friendly. Katie helped me out and showed me where undergarments were and helped me at the jewelry counter. She let me look at a couple items and gave her honest opinion! I then checked out and Maci gave great customer service! She was enthusiastic and showed much kindness and patience when my friend went off to find something last minute. Overall a great experience!”

I don't want to say exactly how he exceeded my expectations with his customer service simply because I don't want people to expect him to do that all the time. But he was so patient and willing to help with every step of the process that my fiancé and I were equally happy with our purchase and to have met him. Awesome guy”
“We purchased 2 double recliners and had them delivered less than a week from purchasing. Our first delivery, on set wobbled and we refused delivery but kept the other set. A week later the other one was delivered and it was in great condition. Both teams were great. They put them together and tested each chair. Very satisfied.”
“I was in line for a return and there was only one lady doing cashier/ check out. She was keeping her cool as line got longer. She announced over intercom she needs help. No response. She stayed calm as line grows longer. She announced again but this time for management. Still noone seems to be in a hurry to help her out. The manager started helping as soon as she got a good look at all the people.”
