“My mom had been researching ultra light transport chairs on line and was disappointed that the chairs were small and somewhat flimsy according to reviews. We were pleasantly surprised while out shopping to find the Mobility Plus store and went in. The store had a nice selection of transport chairs. The staff was very helpful and pointed out features we wouldn't have thought to ask for. We purchased a transport chair right off the floor and I was able to push my mom out the door and to the store to shop. We have also used the chair to walk with the neighbors through our community. We highly reccomend this store for mobility products!”

“I have purchased both a chair lift and stair lift from Buckeye Medical Supply. There is nothing quite like old school customer service from someone who really cares about the customer and the community they serve. Eric is a true blessing, knowledgeable and caring and makes quality, affordability and value a priority. Thank you!”

“I needed some help finding bariatric beds for a client one day, and I had the best experience speaking with Zach with Reliable Medical. He gave me a realistic expectation about timeframes for delivery and confirmed that while they didn't have any in stock at his location, he could easily order it from another warehouse. A+ for customer service!”

“The auto replenishment works well for my special needs sister and is one less thing for me to remember to do each month. The pleasant reps call each month and run through the list of regular items my sister ordinarily orders and I let them know how many to ship. Simple. Materials arrive in 1-5 days.”

“The delivery drivers were knowledgeable of the equipment and very kind.. Walked me through the use of the equipment.. Very patient and knows how to speak to people.. I love them, never had any issues.. I believe a lot of these complaints are things due to the insurance companies out of the actual companies control.. Highly recommend!!”

“4 years ago, Erin came out to my house in Cleveland... and, really helped me out when I was in a sleep apnea jam... she came on a Saturday and set me up with the much needed equipment- which enabled me to be qualified for hiring, at the best trucking job in town. I'm in her debt... thank you so much Erin! I hope that you're enjoying retirement... its much deserved. I pray that JESUS CHRIST, continues to bless and keep you in HIS grace and mercy. Sincerely, Steve Solmon”
