Worst customer service! Came in on a Thursday morning and the older ladies had the nastiest attitude with me for no reason at all. Very disappointed. I’ll definitely never return to this location again.

Their policy keeps getting worse. Can’t even exchange jeans for a bigger size with receipt and tag that fell off on my hand. Also pretty rude at explaining their crappy policy. Never coming here again. Taking business elsewhere. $130 were spent and I’m just petty enough to return everything else.

Is it part of the job at American Eagle to be rude and not talk when asked a question and just nod your head. Why do these employees look absolutely miserable here. Asked a question and got a nod, I guess that means yes. I'll take my business to another store..
