“I’ve lived at Hillside for 10 years, which says a lot on its own. The location is safe and convenient—close to 675 and Miami Valley Hospital, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and nature trails nearby.

The grounds are well kept, and the apartments themselves are clean and well maintained. One of the standout features here is the maintenance team. Requests are handled same day and always done thoroughly. Mykle, the maintenance supervisor, has worked here for as long as I’ve lived here and has never failed to fix a problem.

Overall, I highly recommend Hillside to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-managed place to live.”

“I toured 5 different complexes in the area, and this was the last place I visited. Within 15 minutes of driving into the complex, I knew this was where I wanted to live. Our leasing agent, Adrian, was a consummate professional with a ton of knowledge about the complex and units. His knowledge and delivery of information were two of the biggest reasons I felt comfortable committing. The units are very well kept and maintained, and it's far enough away from major roadways that there is no highway noise. Management promptly answered all my questions before move-in and made the process so simple. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone!”

“After living here for a good 3 to 4 months I feel I can very confidently say this is one of the best places I’ve ever lived! I love my place and the location but honestly what makes it so great is the staff here.

Elena Is such a wonderful person, always kind and always sweet not to mention extremely helpful for whatever you need! The property manager is also phenomenal, she is just as kind and attentive to whatever you need and never shines away from speaking to you in person.

The maintenance team has helped me quite a few times and if I could give them six stars I would!

They also throw awesome parties, functions, and trivia where they give away free food and drink drinks and we always have a ton of fun!

If you were thinking about living here, I would say 100% do it!”

“You create your own experience, but the management can be awful. So be forewarned, be nice & stay on their good side. Or they’ll easily find a reason to drive you mad or evict you. So try to make the best of it & not let them get you down. The neighborhood does seem to be clean & most ppl keep to themselves, which is always nice.”
