“We had a wonderful experience with Devin at the Victra Verizon store in Beavercreek! My husband and I moved to our own family plan and also wanted the promo deals. There were some hiccups that came with merging from a different wireless provider and also the process of leaving our parents’ wireless provider plans. Devin was super patient and made sure he covered all the details. He spoke with customer service for us and even stayed past their store’s closing hours to make sure the process was complete and to be there for any of our questions. He is absolutely great to work with!”

I called Mitch the day of the appointment, to confirm my part had come in before I came into the store. Mitch then also fixed my device when I brought it in.
