“You want to talk about a 10/10 level customer service- this is the place! I want to personally thank the store manager, Lane for being so kind and helpful to me. It’s 2026 and I brought my iPhone 5S into the store- and Lane was eager to help me get my phone to work.
This was much more than just a visit for me- as I tried to recover photos to remember my late father. I can’t thank Lane enough for his diligence, expertise and most importantly, his kindness to me while my phone was in their care.
A stand up gentleman, and would recommend this location personally!

“Brad, Melanie and Tyler have been fantastic and so helpful ! They have helped us get set up with our home internet and mobiles after running into some issues with our international ID’s. They were willing to go the extra mile for us with all the teething issues after relocating from Australia - cannot recommend the team enough! “As I write this review I can see from many other reviews here that this was not a one time incident. Brian helped facilitate the transfer of my cell phone and tablet phone over to Verizon. I also purchased a new phone and line for my daughter as well as purchased the recommended protectors for the phones. Brian's patience and understanding of everything that was involved provided great reassurance. He was courteous and had great customer service which in this industry is very hard to come by. I will not hesitate to reach out specifically to Brian and also to the Verizon store located in The Green Town Center for any of my future wireless phones needs.”
