“We had a wonderful experience with Devin at the Victra Verizon store in Beavercreek! My husband and I moved to our own family plan and also wanted the promo deals. There were some hiccups that came with merging from a different wireless provider and also the process of leaving our parents’ wireless provider plans. Devin was super patient and made sure he covered all the details. He spoke with customer service for us and even stayed past their store’s closing hours to make sure the process was complete and to be there for any of our questions. He is absolutely great to work with!”

“Great place! I am a target guy. As always that sounds I enjoy walking around a target more so than a Walmart. The store was clean, and stocked in the areas that I needed. The holiday section was having construction but that's to be expected. The bathrooms were clean, the staff was nice, and there was a Starbucks in there. There was plenty of cashiers to cash us out. 10/10”

“Came here to pay a bill and turned into an adventure with Dylan and John. Both of which have gorgeous eyes. Don't care. I said it. But for real they refused to let me leave without making sure I was taken care of. Got my daughter a new iphone and home internet which is a miracle in and out of itself. Thanks to the patience and dedication of these gentlemen my daughter is willing to call me dad again. But in all seriousness, I'm grateful to the time and attention to detail and satisfaction they afforded to myself and my family.”

“I came into the store this morning needing to get a new phone (I lost mine) and add a mobile line to my internet service. Eliza Wagoner helped me today and was wonderful and super understanding. The entire process was a mess since I couldn't get into a lot of accounts I needed to without the ability to double-authenticate via text, but she let me run to the ATT store to figure things out and even borrow her phone to communicate with my parents when I needed their help to get into something.Going into any cellular provider store is usually a long and frustrating process, but Eliza with Spectrum made things so much easier today.
