Kalli was absolutely AMAZING when I visited yesterday, she was very thorough in not only resolving my issue with a new phone, but she went out of her way to look for the absolute best deal for my money and get me a NEWER Samsung than the one I just bought which added less money to my monthly bill. “As I write this review I can see from many other reviews here that this was not a one time incident. Brian helped facilitate the transfer of my cell phone and tablet phone over to Verizon. I also purchased a new phone and line for my daughter as well as purchased the recommended protectors for the phones. Brian's patience and understanding of everything that was involved provided great reassurance. He was courteous and had great customer service which in this industry is very hard to come by. I will not hesitate to reach out specifically to Brian and also to the Verizon store located in The Green Town Center for any of my future wireless phones needs.”

“Great place! I am a target guy. As always that sounds I enjoy walking around a target more so than a Walmart. The store was clean, and stocked in the areas that I needed. The holiday section was having construction but that's to be expected. The bathrooms were clean, the staff was nice, and there was a Starbucks in there. There was plenty of cashiers to cash us out. 10/10”

“Fantastic experience. I bought an iPhone 16 online and had problems with the order and confusion with support but the associate that worked with me was amazing. She helped me through the whole process and was professional the whole way through. Answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me.
