“I have never had a really bad experience here in 15 years. I use the self checkout or scan. Wait times to get out are not bad. I will say I’ve had to wait a LONG time at customer service to return items. The auto place is another oddity … there is no one there and you have to ring bell and wait a few minutes. Food is fresh, store is clean. Selection is good, prices fair. I’ve never had an issue with the pickup orders which is amazing actually. Finally, their whipped desserts are really good … my entire family scarfed down this cake and I have really picky eaters with different tastes. We love the whipped desserts.”

“I switched to Hometown after getting frustrated with CVS, and I’m so glad I did. After my doctor’s appointments, my prescriptions are usually ready before I’ve even driven over to the pharmacy. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been professional, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions.

They’re also very proactive; if they notice I’m running low on a prescription, they’ll call to ask if I’d like them to reach out to my doctor for a refill. I’ve never waited more than five minutes, and there’s rarely more than one person ahead of me.

My husband and I have been using Hometown for the past two years, and my only regret is not switching sooner. I can’t recommend them highly enough!”

“ER visit, followed by surgery. Excellent care, staff communicated well. They were busy but I was able to get care I needed. Facilities are nice and new, clean. Highly recommend, will go back as needed.”

“Maintained well. Issue is trying to get back on road from the direct exit from the gas station. You have to remember to exit either the back road behind Kroger or the far end of the kroger lot by Tim Hortons. If not, you usually take a mad dash across traffic because of no light signal on the main entee/exit.”

“This is my "go to" store for specific items and the prices are great. I buy their olive oil, nuts, cheeses, and frozen fish. The store is clean and organized. I also always fill up the tank with gas as the price is usually good. They have a very liberal return policy. The prices for prescription drugs are great too. The pharmacist is always willing to check to insure I am getting the best price. I often pick up a cooked chicken as well because there is so much you can do with it at home.”

“All the lady's that work there are very kind and helpful. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable. To anyone that is looking for a place to fill your prescriptions, I would highly recommend Sam's club pharmacy in Bevercreek.”

“My Home Pharmacy, the staff is not only knowledgeable but also concerned of the adverse affects of combining two types of medication and will be sure to make you aware which is why it’s good to have a pharmacy you can trust.”

“Needed a special behind the counter medication for my Husbsnd. They were the quickest, most efficient ordering it and having it available for him.
Thank you so very, very much!!!”

“I want to thank Kroger for being there for 3 generations of my family. I was just a little kid when the Beavercreek Kroger was located near The Submarine House the same direction. I have seen the ups, downs, this change, and that change. I understand that nothing can ever be perfect and it takes an understanding community to stand behind you respectfully. I read a lot of the reviews and I am so mad to read so many 1 and 2 star reviews. I hope they never come back, like they said. The employees working are the same humans as the shoppers. The employees have the same problems before they come to work, just like the shoppers. Maybe the dog ran out the door, maybe a family member passed away, maybe they couldn't pay a bill. They still come to work to serve you. So shoppers don't bring your demands, judgments, and attitudes to this store. If a cart wheel stops you at the door, don't take your attitude out on the workers. Put your big pants on, act calm, and go get another cart right in front of you to switch your groceries over. They and every other business is short staff not because they want to be, but rather the young people don't want to work at Kroger. Kroger had lots of young workers back 25 years ago, happy to serve the community and make money for school and fun. If the workers miss an item or you wait to long at the drive up pickup, consider blaming a previous shopper for causing this backup, not the worker. If the worker made a mistake, then it is what it is. They are human too, but they don't need all your anger unleashed on them. The pharmacy does their best but they control the hours, not when you want them open. The world doesn't revolve around you, your work schedule, you got a flat tire and showed up late. The pharmacy workers don't yell and scream at you when you walk in very sick to get your medicine. Maybe you got one of the workers sick, and now the pharmacy is short staffed. Please leave 5 stars for my local Kroger and if you truly want to leave 1 or 2 stars then wait 2 days until you calm down and realize the issue you had at Kroger might have happened because of YOU.”

“This is by FAR the best optical experience I've had in nearly a decade. The eye doctor and staff here are phenomenal. Haven't been able to see this clearly in 8 years or more.”

“I recently started a new prescription and have been filling it at this Walgreens; They have been the kindest people the entire time, calling to check up on me if there have been any issues or questions, noticing an online refill didn't go through and getting it for me later that day, and checking up to see if I needed a refill on another prescription or not.

They are incredibly kind, and I'm so thankful for them! Thanks for calling to check up on me just now as well; you all are so sweet!”

“Gosh, I could not believe all the bad reviews. I've been using the Beavercreek Kroger Pharmacy for over 15 years. Yes, it does seem the lines are longer since COVID. And now they close for an hour for lunch Not sure if it's a hiring problem or not. But I love how I can order my refills by phone or on line. The pharmacy twqm has always been helpful.”

“My medication was out of my budget and they worked with me to lower the cost. They pulled it off. Sure I had to wait a few, but I really appreciate them going above and beyond”
