“I m changing my review to five stars after an hour posting my review I got a call from the owner was very professional very sincere and did everything possible to fix the situation i was very impressed.. Worst staff I have ever encountered… extremely unprofessional and very rude everyone from the incompetent guy who answers the phone to the pharmacist.. I can’t believe these clowns are still in business.. this is one incident of many.. my client was having problems reaching them for refills he was without medications for over two weeks as he needs them delivered since he is paraplegic, but one of the staff a women who is super rude got frustrated from him while he was asking her simple questions about delivery times and told him to come walk get his medication by himself and hang up on him because she got aggravated with his questions !!!! now how Condescending is that to speak to a 75 year-old paraplegic ?”

“The pharmacy is great. They’re always willing to answer your questions and help with any concerns that you may have. They understand the urgency of specific medication - especially those in which missing a dose is not optional. I appreciate every employee that works in the pharmacy!”

“This Walgreens is easily the best in the Dayton area. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They’re efficient, patient, and maybe the only Walgreens with professional and kind employees left. Could not recommend more.”

“I had a great experience at this Walgreens. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and went to pick up a prescription with no hassle at all. Emi helped me and she was kind, professional, and very efficient. She got everything taken care of quickly and made the visit easy. This location is just as friendly as the Walgreens I normally go to in Huber Heights on Old Troy Pike. I will definitely be back.”

“A huge thank you to the woman that helped me last night around 5:30pm. She was so lovely, kind, thoughtful, went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed and a good experience. She made a stressful situation feel so much easier. People like her deserve to be recognized, I don’t get genuine kind experiences when I go out anymore but I’ll definitely remember this one!!!!”
