“I have always had great experiences from this Sam's Club, until today. I placed an order for curbside pick up at 5 am to be picked up between 4 and 5 pm. I get there at 4 and I haven't received my notification that it was ready yet, so I wait in the parking lot. Then, it's 5 and still no notification. I call customer service and it just kept ringing and went unanswered. Thankfully a young lady came out to deliver another person's order and I stopped her and asked her if she knew what was taking my order so long. She looked it up and went and got my order herself. Thank you, Leah (I hope I spelled your name right), you were a life saver today! I enjoy the curbside pickup, it makes life easier when my schedule is hectic. And having to wait an hour was definitely crunching time for me, as I could've went in and picked my order myself in ten minutes had I known it wasn't going to be ready on time.”

“Maintained well. Issue is trying to get back on road from the direct exit from the gas station. You have to remember to exit either the back road behind Kroger or the far end of the kroger lot by Tim Hortons. If not, you usually take a mad dash across traffic because of no light signal on the main entee/exit.”

“I’ve always had a good experience here despite being understaffed and always pretty busy. They do a great job. One time I didn’t have money for my prescription which is has extreme withdrawal effects when you don’t take it every day, and someone helped me pay for it as I had just lost my insurance and didn’t know how much it would be. I think about that day all the time, I went into my car and cried because I was having a really hard time and that amount of kindness really took me back. It’s hard for me to be emotional so I’m not sure if I even conveyed how grateful I was to her in person with my anxiety raging lol. If you still work there and remember me please know you made a huge impact in a positive way for my mental health. Thank you so much!”

Not even at our local pharmacy where we've been going for 3 years even though they know he needs it every month. Staff has been understanding and kind to us. So far haven't had any issues getting it filled.”

I also always fill up the tank with gas as the price is usually good. They have a very liberal return policy. The prices for prescription drugs are great too. “Mitchell in the pharmacy was a lifesaver! I needed a prescription and I needed it fast. I called CVS because they were the only late night pharmacy I could find. Mitchell hot my prescription ready in 15 minutes and found me a coupon. He was friendly and offered to ring up the rest of my items as well. I will be moving all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy because of his kindness and helpfulness.”

And now they close for an hour for lunch Not sure if it's a hiring problem or not. But I love how I can order my refills by phone or on line. The pharmacy twqm has always been helpful.”

“Great service from a great staff. Has that personal feel that is missing from the big chain pharmacies. Our insurance requires us to use a big chain pharmacy and I hate it. I truly wish I could use Hometown for everything but until I can, I will fill prescriptions there for my pets and dream of a day when I can have that individual service and community feel. A girl can dream.”
