“I was in short-notice need of storage while approaching the time that I move out of my present residence to allow for remodeling. I spoke with Angie who gladly showed me available spaces and their price ranges. She worked so well with my situation in regards to timeframe and military discounts. Restrictions were covered well and how to provide notification once I'm ready to vacate the storage area. It was a very pleasant experience. In the future, should the need arise I won't hesitate to come back to Storage Inns of America. I also had the pleasure of witnessing some serious multi-tasking by Angie as she dealt with three customers at the same time. What professionalism and excellence at work!!!”
“So I went to location n the kiosk was horrible told me so much that I didn’t like I was trying to add my girl n stuff but they kept saying no. The rep just disappeared from the screen I then got a call the next day an it was from Tiffany who was at a different location but offered to help she was cool and told me I could add my girl, went over everything when the kiosk was trying to just hush me n move along I ain’t ready to rent but she pushed my thing out till the 1st so I could rent then. I don’t recommend the kiosk but I do wanna give Tiffany a shout out”
“They are very good at their jobs, very efficient, they have repairs or maintenance done in no time. They did maintenance today on my air conditioner and the furnace. They are very helpful.”
