“I rented a unit online without seeing the facility or knowing what I was getting into. After completing information online, the owner Sarah contacted me as I was calling them to verify some things and was very polite , explaining everything to me about how to enter the building and where my storage was located. Upon arrival, I was surprised at how the facility was set up. We drove into the secured facility and unload inside. There were carts available to use and the unit and facility was clean. The price is very reasonable as well. The only downside to me is the storage facility is not 24hrs and does close at 8pm but that's something I can work around.”

Only had two bugs in my unit after clearing it out for 2 years. My unit was climate control but it still had a bit in condensation in the unit. Maybe from the weather.”

I spoke with Angie who gladly showed me available spaces and their price ranges. She worked so well with my situation in regards to timeframe and military discounts. “We moved our household and vehicle from southwest Ohio to Arizona with Stacey Moving and Storage. From start to finish, our experience was just what you want it to be-experienced, professional and efficient. We knew the estimate of our move was binding, and could plan for the costs accordingly. Our final invoice proved to be even less, based on the weight of our household goods. Our personable moving coordinator kept us up to date on planning and execution of the move; she was also readily available to answer questions. Packing and loading/unloading crew on both ends of the move were pleasant, experienced and careful with our goods, and were great with our dog. Our driver was thorough with documentation and clearly communicated the arrival date of our goods. While a cross country move is stressful, Stacey made it about as simple as it could be.”
