The stone and cedar buildings complement the natural surroundings and feature one and two-bedroom garden apartments with spacious rooms, wall-length closets, mini-blinds, and efficient decorator kitchens. Some apartments even offer vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, and serene waterscapes complemented by graceful fountains. Residents praise the well-maintained facilities and excellent landscaping, as well as the good-quality appliances and rock-solid soundproofing. The maintenance team is usually very prompt in responding to issues, and the location is unbeatable for those working for a government contractor, with plenty of parking available. However, communication from management and maintenance can be inconsistent, and the strong-smelling shampoo used on carpets during move-in can be overwhelming for those with sensitive noses. Additionally, the Beavercreek public water system is known for its cartoonishly hard water, which can cause visible lime scale buildup on dishes and other surfaces, and the community does not allow residents to install their own water softeners. Despite these drawbacks, the Enclave receives overall positive reviews, with many long-term residents and a friendly, welcoming community. The office and maintenance teams are praised for their excellent service, and the amenities, including the pool, gym, and lovely deck, are highly appreciated by residents.
