started banking at this bank since it was at the old krogers down the street and the banker Gage always been the most helpful to me

I made a quick deposit but also had some additional issues that I thought could only be resolved at a free standing branch. When I asked the young man in the office about it, he went way above my expectations by fixing all of the issues I've been having and even showed me a better solution to avoid it in the future!!

I went to make a deposit in the drive thru, I was not checked up on or made aware there would be a 45 minute wait. Please staff this place, I don't understand what takes so long to make a deposit.
