“To be honest, wasn't expecting to like this place, but I did. With "free" tire repair, was expecting hidden costs and high pressure to spend money.
Boy, was I wrong. Totally free tire repair and very low pressure to buy. In fact, I felt a thing of guilt for not spending any money when I left.
Oh, I know, the business model says that free tire repair will leave a good taste in people's mouths and bring them back. But how often do you see that model work without high pressure tactics?

“They were very quick. I work in an auto repair shop and I needed 4 used tires for my Volvo. They balanced them, took the rim off the wheel and onto the new ones, put the new ones on and torqued them all under 15-20 minutes. I believe it was the manager whom I was speaking to and he was very nice and knowledgeable. They are a small business with fair prices and I would highly recommend. On Friday April 5th I was heading into work early. As I was coming down Hayden Ave, I hit a pothole and blew a tire. I was referred by a co-worker to go to Moe’s Tire Service in East Cleveland. I wasn’t able to go due to my schedule for that day. So I had a friend take my car up there to get a replacement tire. They did replace my blown tire. However, I discovered the tire they replaced was a smaller size than my original tires. Since they were closed I had to come back the next day. I came back on April 6th and explained to the mechanic what happened. He looked at my tire and was completely confused as to why someone put the wrong tire on my car. I showed him the receipt and told him I wanted a new tire. He apologized for the mistake and told me to just pay the difference for the brand new tire. I was extremely happy with this! Thank you for the excellent service. I will be back soon!”

I highly recommend the Aurora TireMax. Especially, Bruno and Tim for their knowledge, and superb customer service. The whole store went to great lengths to make a bad situation bearable and successful. We had driven up from Florida and tore a big hole in the sidewall of a tire. Being all-wheel drive, with some wear on the remaining tires, they had to find 4 high performance radials for my Lincoln.
They slipped our car into the schedule to change out the damaged tire for a donut spare so we could attend reunion festivities.
They found and had our new tires delivered. They also shuttled us to and from our hotel while they installed the new set of tires. Thus allowing us a safe, on schedule, return trip back to Florida.”
