“I was shocked to see the negative reviews when looking for TDA's address in Beachwood. I have been a well-satisfied customer for years. During 2020, I do remember a long hold on the phone once for a call after-hours, but when the operator came on the phone, he was incredibly helpful, and frankly, it seems delays have been the norm with many types of businesses during COVID. I've had two different TDA representatives and both were proactive and always responsive. I can imagine that there will be some changes resulting from the Schwab acquisition of TDA, but I'm confident that everything will work out well in the end.”
