“We worked with Cleveland Print Co. on a custom order for our neighborhood association and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Our project was more complex than usual, with a mix of shirt colors, adult and children’s sizes, and two different back designs. They handled everything with care, clarity, and flexibility.

“The first time I had gone to fed ex to print some invitations it turned out to be a disaster. I had used the self service printers in the front and the ink was of extremely poor quality, ruining the invitations.
This time I went to the desk and I’m so glad I did! It was at the desk where I met Will. Will was so patient with me and was extremely knowledgeable. He is the reason the invitations were so successful. He was able to take my pdf from my USB and provide pristine quality on shimmer heavy weight paper. All the staff seemed kind but I will be coming back because of Will.”

“The store was well organized and clean. The assistant asked what I needed when I walked in the door, escorted me to the self-serve large scanning equipment, and then to my surprise immediately proceeded to perform the 3 scanning jobs herself as I must have appeared unfamiliar with the machines. I really appreciated the young lady's assistance, and she didn't miss a beat as she occasionally stepped away to help other customers as needed. Her name was not on the receipt for my Saturday 3/16 visit at 3:36p, but I couldn't thank her enough for being professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the proper scanning settings to make sure my architectural scans were legible and complete!”
