22 N East St, Bellbrook OH 45305
“It might seem weird to review a post office location but everyone who works here are truly just the kindest and most helpful people. Almost every time I’m in here they’ve gone out of their way to help me or someone else save money and get what they need and get packages and letters where they need to go.”

“All staff is amazing at what they do. Always helping with a smile and willing to do whatever it takes to make your experience the best it can be. Highly would recommend going to support this smaller post office over your larger local one. Very patient as well.”

“I had a unique situation and called to figure out a way forward. Amanda was so nice and kind and I didn't know she was the supervisor until later in the conversation. I sent the information to my mom and my mom said Amanda had already informed the clerks of the situation and there were no problems with mailing the package. Stellar service! This was the fourth post office involved as the first one didn't know the regulations and the second and third didn't answer the phone. Highly recommend for any unique postal situations. Thank you again!”

They the right hours for working people and while they can get pretty busy the staff are very friendly and competent. I appreciate how many of them go the extra mile. “Got a notification that my package was being returned to sender. I called this Waynesville office and the employee there found the package and held it for me so I could come get it. My fault - I typed in the wrong zip code. I really appreciated the quick action and kindness. All the years we lived in Waynesville, we received excellent service from them.”

“I love this post office! I come here multiple times a week every week. There are times I’ve been here everyday of the week to ship items I’ve sold. I never leave reviews but when I saw all the 1 star reviews for this location I had to leave one. The man who works here is always kind to me and my children. Nothing but friendly. I’ve never seen him be rude to anyone. If he’s not up front all you have to do is ring the bell and he comes right out.”
