I cant saw enough good things about the service, install, pricing, and every employee I had contact with was a positive experience. ***** the owner was fantastic. Very informative and helpful. ****** at the front desk always polite and professional and ***** who set the tank, trenched and installed the the gas line. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, and very conscientious about the lawn and clean up. They showed up when they said they would. Follow *** from ***** to make sure everything was right. The pricing was low the customer service was high! I highly recommend. Salem Propane has a customer for life! Id rate them 10 stars.”

This gas station is definitely wild. I do feel safer here more than the speedway down the road though tbh.”

“There is an amazing manager at the 911 W State St location, by the name of Jordan. I legit purchased lottery tickets and left- headed to Canton. I realized I could not find them and called. My thought was the attendant forgot to give them to me, not at all the case. Turns out I threw them in the trash, simply moving too fast. Jordan not only handled me professionally, took the time to review the tapes and advised me I in fact took them. Again, going way beyond he checked the trash where I pumped and then once more the trash outside of the door, where he found the tickets and cared enough to call me to let me know. I am so grateful for the level of professionalism and compassion this man showed me! It is not even weekly that I get stellar customer service like this and especially in my own error.
