Metro by T-Mobile provides sales and technical service. Staff are described as outstanding, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about phones and technology. Service is generally quick and painless, with the aim to serve customers in the best possible way. While one visit encountered a closed door outside of posted hours, past experiences have been good, leading customers to return. The business is viewed as a reliable place for phone needs.

This is my favorite metro by T-Mobile store. I live almost 40 minutes away but I drive to thisstore. Staff is very knowledgeable and very nice. I always send all my family and friends here.

Provided what I needed. Which was a car charger. All IPhone 17s are on back order. I am a fan of T-Mobile.
