I just want to take a moment to recognize someone who truly deserves to be appreciated—Kiara, the store manager in Berea.

Every time I came into the store, Kiara was absolutely phenomenal. She was always professional, respectful, kind, and genuinely pleasant. No matter what request or question we had, she handled everything with patience and made sure we felt heard and valued as customers.

There is one moment that has always stuck with me. I remember being in the store when a customer was extremely rude, and I watched how Kiara handled the situation. She remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire interaction. She never allowed someone else's behavior to change the way she treated them. That says so much about the kind of leader and person she is.

True customer service is not just about doing your job—it is about how you make people feel. Kiara has a way of making people feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of. In all my experiences as a customer, I can honestly say I have rarely seen someone provide customer service at the level she does.

I am genuinely sad that Kiara is moving to another location, because the Berea store is losing an incredible manager. But I am also so happy for her and hope her new location knows just how lucky they are to have her.
