“A Special Thank You to Kiara ❤ I just want to take a moment to recognize someone who truly deserves to be appreciated—Kiara, the store manager in Berea. Every time I came into the store, Kiara was absolutely phenomenal. She was always professional, respectful, kind, and genuinely pleasant. No matter what request or question we had, she handled everything with patience and made sure we felt heard and valued as customers. There is one moment that has always stuck with me. I remember being in the store when a customer was extremely rude, and I watched how Kiara handled the situation. She remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire interaction. She never allowed someone else's behavior to change the way she treated them. That says so much about the kind of leader and person she is. True customer service is not just about doing your job—it is about how you make people feel. Kiara has a way of making people feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of. In all my experiences as a customer, I can honestly say I have rarely seen someone provide customer service at the level she does. I am genuinely sad that Kiara is moving to another location, because the Berea store is losing an incredible manager. But I am also so happy for her and hope her new location knows just how lucky they are to have her. Kiara, thank you for everything you have done and for the way you treat people. You are truly phenomenal, and your professionalism, kindness, and leadership do not go unnoticed. You will definitely be missed in Berea! ❤”

“It's a nice store with great customer service.the plans are affordable however the company charges 5 dollor fee to pay in person with cash. Online via debit which I don't want to do dosent charge that fee. If you want more possible business you need people in your stores. You should not penalize us for paying cash in person . Your making enough money on your phone sales and monthly billing. You are also tied in with Tmobile. So your pricing should be good across the board on everything not greedy.”

“I want to thank Abe again for the service I got today. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy today, I did not have a lot of time, but wanted to stop to check out prices. Punched out of work at 4pm, pulled into my driveway by 5:07pm! In between he explained all my options, the phones I was interested in and transferred my contacts and photos. Quick and painless! Spent less than I thought I would have to as well. Thanks ✌️”

“Lexi is great with every customer I have ever seen her assist! She has great customer service, great communication skills, and a very great work ethic. She always has a smile on her face. She seems happy to just help customers. She makes sure to customers get the best deal. She’s not like other workers at the other metro stores. This Metro by T-Mobile store is the best in town. And Lexi makes going inside the store a breeze!”

“I have purchased my last few phones from this store, over the years, and my phone finally died on me last week, so I went back to the, to get a new one. These guys are great. By the time I got there, that night, it was practically time for them to close up shop and go home. They still took great care of me, they didn't try to rush me, or tell me to come back later, they went the extra mile, and stayed late, and made sure I got a phone and all my stuff transferred over, from, my other phone. They are always professional, they didn't act aggravated because I came in the store late, and I was taking up their time, they are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they get stuff done. They are really good people, and I really appreciate them helping me get my new phone running. If you are looking to buy a phone and you don't want to get hustled, and have to deal with somebody trying to upsell you, go see them. They are good, genuine people and I highly recommend this store.”

“I did a crap ton of research on products I required for my new computer system. I thought I was going to end up driving waayyy out to the east side, but, I decided to check out Best Buy first to see if they had everything I needed. THEY DID! And to top things off I had a personal shopper who assisted me in finding everything and he even reminded me of stuff I had completely forgotten about looking for. Needless to say, they were my one-stop-shop so I didn't go to the other place. I got a lot more for a lot less than I had expected I was going to pay. Funny part was I walked in the exact amount of cash I needed for my transaction. What are the odds of that happening?! Yesterday's experience has thus far topped all my experiences shopping at a Best Buy. You guys really truly are THE BEST!!!! Thank you so much for making my day and my week and my month!!!!!”
