I stopped by after booking an appointment, arriving 15 minutes early.
I will say—if you plan to wait for your car, be prepared for a longer wait period even with an appointment ??. But honestly, I’m very happy with the service. I came in for an oil change before a 30+ hour road trip ?️, and it came WITH a tire rotation and inspection, which gave me peace of mind. ✅?
I’ve only ever heard good things about this company, and now I can say I’m glad I came. I’ll definitely return in the future for help with things I can’t do myself. ?✨

“I have owned multiple cares over the years and any time there has been an issue with one of them I always take it to Spremulli. Anthony who runs the shop is seriously one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Prices are fair and he works efficiently - would highly recommend if you need a mechanic in the area.”
“Staff was approachable and kind. Knowledgeable and patient. One of my favorite things was the photos the sent me after the assessment of my truck. I had no doubts that the work was going to be honest and efficient. Taking the extra time to send photos with recommendations on the fix, the quote cost and issues discovered (not necessarily in that order) was icing on the cake.
Recently, my rear brakes were bad and all 4 tires replaced. For the tires, they sent me 3 different quotes on 3 different sets of tires, based on what I was looking for. I’ve never experienced this before. It was a breath of fresh air.
All around great service, clean and decorated lobby with beverages, chairs and entertainment while you wait. A true Blue Collar business: working hard and taking care of people. Cars aren’t cheap by any stretch of the imagination. I know my truck will be taken care of when she needs some extra attention.

“RadAir did some fairly major work on my 2019 Hyundai SUV, getting me in on very short notice and doing a fine job. It was the kind of repair where a shop I didn't trust could have run up unwarranted charges, but they did a good job and did it very fairly and quickly. They are my go-to local shop in Strongsville.”
“Had an issue where my car wouldn’t start and figured it was an issue with the starter after testing the battery and trying to jump, among some other cues hinting at a starter issue. This shop promptly accepted my tow that would be happening a couple hours later and estimated they’d look at it either the same day or the morning after, at the latest. I was pleased to get a call not long after my car arrived at the shop that the issue was indeed the starter and that it would be fixed by the end of the day. Got another call a couple hours later saying it was ready to be picked up! Everything was a very fair price and the work was done very promptly. Would take my car here again if there’s another problem in the future!”

“Fairly new to the area, and I've been exploring options for an oil change as my car was due for one. I have only gone to Valvoline in the past, and wanted to try something new and J's was very close to me so I gave it a shot based on other great reviews.I am very happy with the service, and I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Price wise, it's pretty much the same as Valvoline when on sale via Groupon (which is what I have always done). Synthetic Oil Post-Tax came out to be $67. And the service provider did not try to upsell you on little things like wiper blades and air filters like Valvoline does.Highly recommend this company if you want to support local, and still pay a very reasonable price. 5 Stars.”

“For starters, I had to call in advance to make sure they had my oil filter in stock. The young man ordered it, called me back and let me know what time it would be there. That is top tier customer service alone. I got there and it was only 2 gentlemen working. They were amazing!!! They had my daughter and I laughing so hard. They were fast and efficient. I will definitely go to this location over the other one anyday even though it is farther from my house. The service from start to finish will keep me as a customer!!!!”

Proceed with caution: this is not the staff's fault, but transmission flushes should not be done.
Double check your dealer's transmission fluid regulations and what oil needs to be used for your car. Otherwise definitely give them 5 stars for the customer service!”
