“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“I had my car towed here because, I had a questionable charging problem . I was thinking maybe alternator, but turned out to be my 2 year old battery took a dump . They charged battery twice ,and checked voltage of battery,alternator . Rick was super helpful,and honest with my battery replacement. They are pretty booked up but squeezed my car in . I will definitely keep them as a shop I will take my car too when its beyond my mechanical capabilities.”
“I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Smolic Tire. I was in town visiting family from Orlando and needed to get an oil change done on my sister-in-law’s SUV; she was in the process of giving birth that day, so I was happy to help out and get it taken care of for her.
From the moment I walked in, Mary took great care of me. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and she even remembered my face and greeted me by name when I came back to pick up the keys; which was impressive given how busy the shop clearly was that morning. The whole process was smooth and easy, and I was in and out quickly (I only took longer because I stopped for breakfast down the street).
It’s rare to find that level of genuine care and hospitality at an auto shop these days. Mary and the team at Smolic Tire made what could’ve been a stressful errand into a really pleasant one. Highly recommend this shop; ask for Mary!”

“I had tires put on and brakes installed at the Richmond Heights location. I have dealt with a few people at the service desk. The names I remember are Sierra, Jordan, Jonathan, and I think the other gentleman was Steve. All were helpful and polite. Don't know the names of the mechanics/installers but they are appreciated as well. Thus far my experience here has been good and I would return.”

“I pulled up at 7:30am yesterday to get an oil change. It was fast and decently affordable due to the convenience. The two men who serviced my truck were kind and helpful. They notified me that my power steering fluid was low. They also informed me that I could get my fluids topped off for free in between oil change mileage! I am going to be a regular customer. Give those two men a raise! They deserve it. ?”

“I knew this Firestone location is open till 7 pm and I was praying they'd be able to help me since I didn't make it here until an hour before closing. The person at the counter who's name was David told me that although they were completely booked, he'd look at it anyway and the nail stuck in my tire is out and I'm about to drive off, just 20 minutes later. What great service. I've been able to count on this location since the early 90's.”

“I am from the Columbus area and was here for a day trip to the rock and roll hall of fame. Got a flat tire at the worst possible time. Just barely got towed in time and AAA recommended this place. I was helped right away with very friendly and professional service with roughly an hour until close and they said I’d be helped regardless of the time. Not only that I was out within 45 minutes after being told my tire was repairable. The cost was under $40 which in my mind was a steal. My tire pressure light stayed off on my dashboard the entire drive home and I am still driving normally! Thanks Conrads!”

“This location is under new management since spring and my experience thus far has been stellar. The owner and operator is a talented technician who has gotten several of my neglected vehicles back in action promptly and for a very fair price compared to other shops and the corporate chain places.
He has handled everything from simple oil changes to a in-depth project and I have been very pleased with the results. No high pressure sales tactics or unneeded repairs here, just good quality work that is actually needed done correctly and quickly.”
“Went in for a simple tire rotation from the tires I bought from them. They went above and beyond. They did the rotation in a X pattern like I requested. And the rear rims have a tendency to stick to the drums. So they polished all the rust off the drums and the inside of the rims. Where the two parts contact.Then I put a barrier grease on the outside of the drums so they no longer wield themselves to the rims. God forbid get a rear flat. Now at least I know I can get the wheel off now to change it. Charge for all this? $0.”

“I went to the Walmart and got these tires and this is what happened. I almost lost my life and all the other tires are seeping air. I have to continuously go back to Walmart schedule appointment and take time out of my day to get them sealed and refilled. these are the Douglas Tower brand they are horrible. I would never shop at Walmart for tires again. I’m so glad I didn’t lose my life in the middle of the highway when my tire flew off and flew across the highway and I really feel like Walmart owe me some sort of conversation.”
“Walked in for a battery replacement installation without an appointment and I was helped right away. Even there were four people ahead of me, they finished without delay.
Also, I was at the Steelyard Walmart and they refused to install the same battery for me saying because the battery is under a plastic duct. Mine is just a Honda Odyssey, not a fancy car.”

“Trusting, kind and friendly people. The whole time my dealer was telling me I needed synthetic oil. Finally decided to come here to see how much an oil change would be outside of a dealer and Yorktown brought to my attention, I could do conventional oil for my car. Saved me some money! They got that done with my tire rotation in an hour. Walked over to their attached gas station while they worked on my car and got their delicious fried chicken which was affordable, unlike everywhere else! Will be coming back for all my car needs, gas and CHICKEN LOL”
