“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“I had my car towed here because, I had a questionable charging problem . I was thinking maybe alternator, but turned out to be my 2 year old battery took a dump . They charged battery twice ,and checked voltage of battery,alternator . Rick was super helpful,and honest with my battery replacement. They are pretty booked up but squeezed my car in . I will definitely keep them as a shop I will take my car too when its beyond my mechanical capabilities.”

“I pulled up at 7:30am yesterday to get an oil change. It was fast and decently affordable due to the convenience. The two men who serviced my truck were kind and helpful. They notified me that my power steering fluid was low. They also informed me that I could get my fluids topped off for free in between oil change mileage! I am going to be a regular customer. Give those two men a raise! They deserve it. ?”
“I had tires put on and brakes installed at the Richmond Heights location. I have dealt with a few people at the service desk. The names I remember are Sierra, Jordan, Jonathan, and I think the other gentleman was Steve. All were helpful and polite. Don't know the names of the mechanics/installers but they are appreciated as well. Thus far my experience here has been good and I would return.”

“I went to the Walmart and got these tires and this is what happened. I almost lost my life and all the other tires are seeping air. I have to continuously go back to Walmart schedule appointment and take time out of my day to get them sealed and refilled. these are the Douglas Tower brand they are horrible. I would never shop at Walmart for tires again. I’m so glad I didn’t lose my life in the middle of the highway when my tire flew off and flew across the highway and I really feel like Walmart owe me some sort of conversation.”

“Went in for a simple tire rotation from the tires I bought from them. They went above and beyond. They did the rotation in a X pattern like I requested. And the rear rims have a tendency to stick to the drums. So they polished all the rust off the drums and the inside of the rims. Where the two parts contact.Then I put a barrier grease on the outside of the drums so they no longer wield themselves to the rims. God forbid get a rear flat. Now at least I know I can get the wheel off now to change it. Charge for all this? $0.”
“Walked in for a battery replacement installation without an appointment and I was helped right away. Even there were four people ahead of me, they finished without delay.
Also, I was at the Steelyard Walmart and they refused to install the same battery for me saying because the battery is under a plastic duct. Mine is just a Honda Odyssey, not a fancy car.”
