“The AmeriStop Bitcoin ATM is a family owned business, friendly owner, and friendly staff. I never unsafe or threatened there. I had thousands of dollars on me and so worried about getting strong armed by a stranger. They should be commended.
My first experience was not good. The owner didn’t care if the machine worked or not. So I found a ATM on the near West Side of Columbus and was terrified. I mean people go to that side of town and are never heard of again! This ATM is in Reynoldsburgh, much closer with better clientail. I’ll do all Bitcoin transactions at that store!!”

“Easy access in and out. Never a line, but a busy place. Crew is very nice and polite. I go there to get cigarettes sometimes and they don't carry my brand I found out, but the owner said he would start getting them in sure enough they had them the next time I went. That's what I call good customer service. I would recommend this store to people.”

“Just visited chase today to set up my bank account. I am a new chase employee and the only man there was booked on appointments. The teller was so polite and asked if I wanted to wait to see if his next appointment showed up and if not he could probably help me. The man came up to us after a short while and helped me he was so nice and polite. He opened my checking and savings account IN 10 MINUTES. He made sure I understood everything and put me at ease because I was a little nervous. He was so sweet and the teller as well.”

“I have banked with Huntington for over twenty years and never once have I ever considered another bank. Every branch that I've ever went to, there are smiles as soon as you walk in the doors. Relationship matters with customers and I can truly say that I appreciate the customer service, smiles and even information about current and up and coming products that the bank offers. My mom is retired from working at Huntington in management and maybe she had something to do with my choice of banking. No shade on the other financial institutions. “I usually go to the Eastmoor branch but I've been known to stop in here when I'm over this way and I have been nothing but happy. Granted I usually make deposits or withdrawels and I haven't had much experience with their personal bankers but I am happy with the service. I always get in and out quickly and the employees are courteous and well informed.”
