“I had fraud issues with my account and the banker who helped me was very good at his job!! He knew exactly what to do and was super fast at it. He got a claim filed for retriving stolen funds, restricted that account and opened a new one for me in minutes. He also linked my same debit card to the new account so i didn't have to wait for a new one in the mail!! He explained everything that was happening in full detail and was super knowledgeable about any questions I had. Super polite and excellent customer service. Thanks to him im able to have access to the new account so I can continue to work and deposit money into my new account instantly. Highly recommend this branch to any chase customer!!! Five ⭐”

“I usually go to the Eastmoor branch but I've been known to stop in here when I'm over this way and I have been nothing but happy. Granted I usually make deposits or withdrawels and I haven't had much experience with their personal bankers but I am happy with the service. I always get in and out quickly and the employees are courteous and well informed.”
