Even though I went straight to the ATM and wasn’t being assisted by anyone directly, every employee I passed greeted me and told me to have a wonderful day. I’ve never walked into a Chase branch where all the employees were that friendly and welcoming. It genuinely made me feel good.”

“Deposit rates not as generous as when it was First Bexley Bank but still better than most local banks. No long lines or waits compared to most other banks. Unlike Chase and many other banks this bank has not paid huge fines and penalties for misconduct.”
