“Recently, I visited this bank on Wednesday, January 28th, around 10 a.m., and the experience really stood out to me. As soon as I walked in, everyone was welcoming. Even though I went straight to the ATM and wasn’t being assisted by anyone directly, every employee I passed greeted me and told me to have a wonderful day. I’ve never walked into a Chase branch where all the employees were that friendly and welcoming. It genuinely made me feel good.”

“I usually go to the Eastmoor branch but I've been known to stop in here when I'm over this way and I have been nothing but happy. Granted I usually make deposits or withdrawels and I haven't had much experience with their personal bankers but I am happy with the service. I always get in and out quickly and the employees are courteous and well informed.”

“Deposit rates not as generous as when it was First Bexley Bank but still better than most local banks. No long lines or waits compared to most other banks. Unlike Chase and many other banks this bank has not paid huge fines and penalties for misconduct.”
