“The Whitehall location is my favorite one to stop at for all of my banking needs. They are always so friendly and helpful when I have any questions. Terri, Jayden, and Kathy have all been wonderful to work with when I stop in to do the deposits for work.”

“Called General customer service bc my new debit card showed delivered but was not located. They informed me that because I'm a new account and recently updated my address (not sure which one was the cause because he was unclear) I had to go into a branch and that it would take an additional 7-10 days to get my card. I was beyond frustrated and asked if there was anything at all they could do (which he had no reply).

Scrambling b/c I need my card asap I called this branch being it's the only one open after 5pm M-Th however they are 45 mins away. The first woman I spoke with was surprised by the information customer service gave and provided me with the branch manager Levi. In less than five minutes he covered everything, ordered me a new card and had it expedited on 5/3. He said that if i ever get a response like that again be it a branch or main office to get their name/info to give to him. He let me know of my closest branch but told me I can call anytime if I need help.

This wasn't a huge issue for it wasn't a system mistake and no ones fault that the card wasn't located, but it was extremely urgent and a huge matter for me. He saved me time and stress as well as made me feel better about my new account with 5/3 which I was starting to worry about. He truly cared about the information I was provided and even if he couldn't help me, his customer service (tone and words) were what you'd want from someone in his position. So even if you live nowhere near this location and just need someone to listen and try to help, call. In the future I'll make the drive if I need to go in for something important bc i know it will be worth it.

Thanks again Levi. I really appreciate your time and efforts.”

“My teenage granddaughter got her first paycheck, wanted to open a checking account & get a debit card. We were unsuccessful with the identification she had at other locations in the area until we went to this location. We met the financial banker as we were entering, he greeted us with a smile and was a gentleman and held the door open for us. My cousin explained why we were there and he welcomed us and said he could help, knowing the transaction would take longer then the bank would be open, because of all our unsuccessful attempts elsewhere. My cousin banks at that institution and sometimes goes to that location and he always greets her and is willing to assist her. Now that's a good example of community banking.”

“I went to my local Chase Branch to have a document notarized. They shared the notary was out sick and I should try the Whitehall Location. I gave them a call and was able to speak with someone fairly quickly. I explained what I needed and my approximate ETA. Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile by one of the female bank tellers. Once I explained the service I needed, she was aware and directed me to the waiting area. She also offered me some coffee and refreshment, which I declined. After waiting maybe five minutes, I was taking back to a cubical to finalize my documents. It was extremely easy and painless. I asked for a card on my way out the door and to my surprise the Branch Manager Wendy was assisting me the entire time. Thank you so much. I tried to avoid this location due to the current construction but I believe I will return to this location for any additional needs.”

“I normally frequent the bank near my house in Pickerington, but I had to swing by here because the ATM malfunctioned outside. When I entered the facility, I immediately noticed something I'd never seen before. There were two sets of doors and I was instructed to remove any and all metallic objects and place them in the tray before being buzzed in via green light. Yes, they have metal detectors. The teller was extremely pleasant and even offered to help set me up for a business account while I was there. I politely declined because I didn't have the appropriate documents handy, but it was good to know that courtesy was one of their strong points. As I left, I couldn't help but laugh, seeing that they had to "buzz" me out. Thank goodness I don't have to worry about being in there with some nutcase trying to rob the place. He couldn't get in if he tried and God help him trying to get back out! More banks need to adopt this procedure.”
