“I originally stopped by to have a watch resized, but brought my grandmother’s engagement and wedding bands to see if they could create a custom piece. Not only did Alec have a vision, he sketched it out and they ultimately created a custom piece more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Koulian for my jewelry needs. The staff is warm and welcoming, and deliver the kind of service you can only get from a family owned business that really hears and values their customers. Additionally the quality and price are incredibly reasonable. I’ve had my ring for almost a year now and it is in just as great shape since I first got it.”

“I went in to buy a nice necklace for my daughter's graduation. Bob and every other employee I ran in to were very nice. The store was very busy, but I was not left unattended. One of the employees even came from her lunch to make sure I was being attended to. They had a number of items that were right along the lines of what I was thinking, and at a fair price point. So I ended up buying two.”

The team provided me with the exact balance of knowledge and empathy (knowing it was an heirloom I received when she passed). The prices are surprisingly affordable given how high of quality their work and stones are! You’d also be surprised the custom items they offer outside of just jewelry.
