The audio system they installed is easily the best I’ve ever had in a vehicle and clearly beats both the Harman Kardon system in my previous Ram and the Bang and Olufsen Unleashed system in my Ford. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. They also installed a dash cam and the workmanship was top tier. All wiring was clean, fully hidden, and professionally done. “Stopped into this T-Mobile location today in a pinch expecting to have to replace my older gen iPhone. I was traveling from out of state and the phone would no longer charge in the rental car. Noma was so nice and helped me determine a best option which ended up being a cigarette lighter adapter and that did allow me to charge my phone again. Very pleased with the experience overall.”

“After several attempts to find an actual open store, we got lucky. He was knowledgeable and efficient with the service. We added a line and got a free phone for my son. The gentleman even put the screen protector on for us.”
“All around good and very friendly Customer Service from what I experienced, now the only thing I would mention is that there was two people on staff, one of which was training and I have no problem at all, no bother in the slightest bit that things are moving a little bit slower than normal because essentially it was just one person working while the second was being trained and that’s wonderful. That’s how you learn. I had no problem there at all. I was in to replace and upgrading my screen protector, and the lady doing the training, walked away to help another customer while he was working on my screen protector, which was fine, however he ended up not knowing how to do it, again that didn’t bother me. He’s in training and still needed to learn that , the problem was he had started to put it on wrong, so she had to come over and take over, but at that point the process was already started so she had to put it on a different way, and then kept getting distracted and trying to help him process a transaction and they couldn’t just stay on task to finish putting my screen protector on, as I don’t want dust accumulating and I don’t want air bubbles. In the end she did a pretty good job, just two small air bubbles that are hardly noticeable so I’m not gonna really complain and she did offer that if I had any issues to bring it back and she would replace it, however I have free replacements anyway . She was very friendly and good at her job. I just think that you should stay on task and help the customer you’re currently helping and get that task completed first and accurately before moving on to another customer. Other than that great friendly Customer Service.”
“This store and it's awesome crew-team has me using this store only. I've rented several things from them over a 13-year span between this store and the store on South High Street, both had outstanding manager and staff.Now, Robert has been the general manager of this store since I've been coming here, and all I can say is " phenomenal and appreciative," he is, as well as his staff. At one point I was unable to pay my bill for a month because I was on disability and they had to do redetermination. With Robert's help he reviewed my account and gave me the best possible way to help me out until they release my disability payment. And I here to say, I'm still a customer, a very happy, satisfied, here-to-stay customer, because of the five-star ?????customer service that Robert and his team provides.Please note that I have paid something off early, as well as used the full term. And with that being said, the quality has always been excellent, in great condition, good price, and problem free.So I would like say quality service of merchandise 5?????, quality customer service 5 ?????,Staff 5?????, promptness in getting back to me or answering the phone 5?????, having merchandise or product availability/what they have in stock. 5 ?????, quality of the store is always clean, not cluttered, and always stocked each time I've come in 5?????. And yes, sometimes being on a plan can help, and that's what the monthly plan did for me 5 ?????In my review, I'm commending Robert of his excellent, awesome, and outderstanding contribution he gives to Aaron's store here in my community.
