My fiance had an issue with her current phone and we were ready to upgrade her. She is a medical professional and desperately needed it to do her job. We had an issue with both Best Buy and the Verizon store in Heath with poor customer service. It was getting late and we thought she would have to go another day without a functioning phone.
However I found this location and saw they were actually open until 9pm! We got there at 7:55 and I was worried it may be too late to do a full activation. Thank goodness I was wrong.
We met Keenan. An outstanding young man that was SO helpful and patient with us. We knew what we wanted and he got the phone and spent the next hour and a half getting my fiance through the full set up. He worked after hours to get this done for us, and was very pleasant the entire time, and personable as well. We actually enjoyed the downtime as we waited for her new phone to switch over speaking with him. He REALLY went the extra mile to ease our frustrations and not once did I feel like he was frustrated for working late or that we weren't important as customers. This young man is management material 100% and I hope he is recognized for his exceptional customer service. I know from here on out, this is our new location for anything to do with Verizon and I understand he also works at the Sawmill Road store, so if you want to be treated right, call ahead and see if he is working. It will be well worth your time!

“It was easy to set an appt. Screen was fixed same day, within an hour or so. The next morning I noticed my front facing camera looked cloudy. I called, I was told to come in and they took care of it. I am glad it was an easy fix.”

What was different than previous times is the consultant were straight forward with other options available for the same price it would cost to replace the screen, educated me about the benefits of upgrading My phone,added necessary accessories for home and travel, transferred and All accounts to New phone. “I wanted to acknowledge some wonderful professionals that assisted me greatly and resolving an issue with my aunts phone service with AT&T. She had accidentally locked herself out of her phone and iPad, which caused a lot of work that I was not prepared for I was able to get into her email and through Apple, however I had great difficulties with AT&T. I had made numerous phone calls to AT&T’s Service and tech-support line with no res Revolution. I had also visited three other locations And was not able to get any assistance with her phone. The Olentangy Store did try to rectify the situation, however, disappointed me by giving me a phone number for “Office of the President “ which didn’t exist. After feeling like there was no possibility of AT&T system in resolving the issue I was told by another store to seek the folks out at the Taylor Park, Reynoldsburg store. I spoke with Shawn and Tre about the issue. They were able to assist me in getting my Aunt’s phone operable again. They were able to contact higher people after back office to get this accomplished. I am grateful to them that she does have phone service and can rest easier knowing that it’s easier for her to contact us. She has Lewey Body dementia and-it’s imperative that we’re able to get in touch with her! Thanks again SEAN and Tre for the wonderful work that you did to assist me and helping my aunt whom has been a customer for at least 20 years! Thanks again for your hard work you’re caring attitudes and the ability to follow through on your promising and commitment.”

“Jacob was fantastic! Helped me with everything. I got a free Samsung wall charger and 10 ft cable Samsung branded!! He even let me keep my old phone because my old phone and new phone weren't finished syncing. I just brought back the next day. He was upfront and honest. He didn't push any brands on me. Go to this store! Sometimes there is only one person working but, I didn't wait that long. Everything took like an hour and a half if I could of stayed. Be willing to spend a little time there to get everything up and running.”
