“If you don't know the difference between a chain pharmacy and a neighborhood pharmacy, you need to visit here to understand. I love how the staff is loyal and tries to get to know their customers personally. The cards, jewelry, and gifts sections are excellent! I always find hidden gems for gifts. Old school remedies (I think I saw some Fletchers Castoria!) Lace the shelves on the pharmacy side. And it appears there are plenty of medical appliances and supplies available.”
“I love this place, but the produce department always has SO MUCH MOLDY FRUIT. I put SOME of the boxes i found filled with mold on top of the counter to show! Still love the rest of the store, oh but if you want catering-good luck, they aren't organized, helpful, or knowledgeable in any way, they didn't have any serving spoons, forks, clips, pie cutter, no bags to put anything in, so they put my order in dirty smashed cardboard boxes, they were dragging their feet literally so slow. He also couldn't find the thing to scan for my order for about 17 minutes. Maybe cater somewhere else! But if you're looking for regular groceries and products go here it's great for that! Lol”
“David, was amazing! From the communication to the free at home delivery, which was completely un-needed, as I can basically see the pharmacy from my apartment haha. Never had an easier expierence getting my meds, as well as how affordable I got them! So glad I made the switch from Kroger. Will recommend to anyone I know in need of pharmacy cost reduction! 10/10”

I was told they have to package their way.
In concerns of food packaged in plastic while Hot, being served per chicken, it shouldn't matter that customers bring their own glass container that can be sealed, in concerns of health issues of hot food served in plastic while hot to protect our health.
This Sign hasn't been replaced for month(s), as of 11-7-24. I noticed another sign hasn't been replaced for our safety, for our children.
This location had the most outdated hand blower in the men's restroom, all it does is blow out air wasting electricity.
They should update with an Accelerator like Speedways or Dyson.”

“Even though it's no longer the closest pharmacy to my house, I still come to this location for the customer service. The pharmacy tech Reba has been taking care of me and my family for more years than I can count. She anticipates when it's time for a refill and reminds me because I forget everytime! The rotation of pharmacists are also very nice but they change sometimes while Reba has remained consistent. I'm not looking forward to the day she retires ?”

“I was here about a week ago and had the best experience! I was in a rush because a table at my business broke in the midst of a setup so I was a bit panicked. I rushed to Sam's Club to purchase a new table. Upon entering I noticed that the aisle where the tables were was EMPTY (in the size that I needed). I have never seen the tables roll be empty so you can just about imagine how I was feeling. I ran across a wonderful lady named "Lizzy" ( if I can remember correctly) she was so gracious and stopped what she was doing to see if there was ANY in stock... Lizzy found that there was 25 in stick, she found the manager and the orchestrated to have a forklift lower the stock of tables down just for me to get 1 table!. I was so grateful ?? and surprised they did that for me. Further, there was 2 brothers, whom look like TWINS but I learned isn't LOL, "Jeremiah" both have biblical names. The two brothers grabbed the table for me, helped me through the line and politely carried the table to my truck. During the process of carrying the table, there was another customer who needed assistance so the brothers quickly came up with a plan to help us both and they did so with great professionalism and care!
I am so pleased. I come to this location often and this has been my BEST experience. I noticed that thr manager spoke with the employees with respect and care, she was kind, which I think goes a long ways to create a healthy work environment.”

“We definitely need a Kroger fuel pump back home in Logan county in Wyoming county West Virginia. I saved almost 50 cents a gallon because we have a Krogers here and I had saved up so many Kroger points it was great for my long trip.”
“This was my first time going to Costco. I usually shop at Sam's and of course conceptually they are the same. However I noticed the prices are higher here but the checkout lines moved faster than at Sam's. They do have a lot of healthier options snacks and produce. The staff seemed happy and they were helpful. U would def recommend this place for organic produce the price is good for the quantity. Im not completely sold on leaving Sam's but I have to go back a few more times to decide”

“Service at this CVS was wonderful. I took a prescription in and only had to wait 20 minutes.At 2:30 pm I had gone to a CVS at Main and Hamilton. That CVS said they couldn't get the prescription ready until the next day.”
“I had an issue with a drug company discount card and the pharmacy tech Dilli was so helpful. He remembered me and made me feel like the most important customer. The pharmacist was pretty nice too.”
“Love Drug Mart and yesterday had two friendly employees which is unusual for us there so that was nice to be greeted.
However the pharmacy is another thing. The pharmacist huffing and rolling eyes at me doesn’t give me warm vibes. Very unapproachable and frustrated every time if you ask a question. You should be able to ask your pharmacists questions about the meds or pharmacy related without behind huffed at and irritated responses.
I’ve asked what OTC cold meds I could use safely with a RX that warned about certain ones but wasn’t specific and he said you’ll have to go read. Well I did and was uncertain and I even googled.
Well idk what I’m reading for therefore needed help and advice. Refused to help me. I left. I also never took that RX due to interaction risks and no help.
They rarely have our prescriptions in stock. Our last time sensitive prescription had to be ordered somewhere else because they didn’t have it. My one RX has to be ordered in every single time. Just seems odd. No help with doctors order something wrong and insurance won’t cover.
I grew up with a small town pharmacy and never these issues this is nearly everytime.

“They’re pretty great as far as customer service goes. My only concern with them is that they had a POS system update last summer which renders my FSA card completely useless, since it doesn’t have a chip for tap technology. No one has been able to troubleshoot this effectively so now every time I have to pay out of pocket & submit receipts for reimbursement. Running as credit doesn’t work either. It’s nobody’s fault- it is what it is. I wish there was a way to pay prior to picking up on the mychart portal- since OSU doesn’t have issues charging my FSA card for balances due, and it is a card that is saved on my file.”
“This Meijer Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in the Columbus area. I’ve probably used most of the chain pharmacies in the area at one time or another. Nothing compares to the customer service at the Hamilton Road Meijer Pharmacy. I’ve had great experiences with all the pharmacists and pharmacy techs here, but I’d like to acknowledge one person in particular. Auden R. has gone out of his way to help me on numerous occasions. I know how hard pharmacy tech’s work, but Auden R. never seems stressed and always presents himself in the most professional manner. It’s always service with a smile. I just wanted to acknowledge Auden R.’s extraordinary customer service. I hope that Meijer realizes what an outstanding employee they have in Auden R.”

“Just returned home from Walgreens at 7900 E. Broad. We were there at 9:00 just as they rolled up the metal partitions on the inside counter to open up and I gotta say I was treated great.
They were quick to make up my prescription and everybody was friendly. My thanks to the Asian American Pharmacist, the tall dark haired gentleman, and the young girl that were working the pharmacy counter today.
I'm not discounting the negative reviews. If someone feels there's a problem I do want to know that and I think that critical reviews can speed up changes in operation.
But in this case, on this day, this particular team today deserved for me to take the time to write this.”
