“This is my go-to UPS store. The staff are typically quick, helpful and friendly. They recently added a self-service kiosks for drop-offs and returns. I had two Amazon items to return, in two separate return orders. I spotted the self-service kiosk, scanned, bagged and labeled both returns for free before either associate was done with the people they were helping. It was a breeze and I was able to get a receipt to my email. While it probably is faster for an associate to take the return and scan your QR code, this kiosk is a lifesaver when they are busy. Highly recommend.”

“I went in to return 3 Amazon packages right after Christmas and wouldn't you know it, there was 12-15 people in there doing the same thing. I had an issue with 2 of my 3 returns that was Amazon's fault. Joe and Tim made sure I was taken care of and helped me sort out the mess I had ALL while getting their butts kicked by the flood of foot traffic coming in and out. I was extremely impressed as they did not overlook me to take care of other customers. Guys like that deserve the upmost respect as I'm sure they deal with a slew of issues all day long. Thank you gentleman for prioritizing customer service. Its quite refreshing in the day and age we are living in. Hats off Joe & Tim.”

He assisted me with cancelling and re-requesting a return label. He walked me through the process for a few minutes all with a smile. Highly recommend this place.”

“I started out with a 1-star rating on my review. I had an issue with 2 packages that were shipped from Springdale to Scottsdale, where I am for the month of February. I called the store twice, left voice-mail with no response. Haley, the manager got my message and finally called me back. She was very helpful in rerouting the packages to our condo. I'm now anxiously waiting for them to arrive. Thanks, Haley for helping to get my issue straightened out.”

“I worked with the manager Nathan in shipping a valuable item internationally to Thailand. He was especially helpful and understood that importance of successful delivery. He called his support to make sure we weren't missing. He spent time making sure all details were entered correctly. He even gave me his e-mail for any concerns during the shipment. There was an issue with the countries customs, so I e-mailed him for help. He was responsive and worked on his end to clear up any issues. Would recommend this UPS store!!! Thanks again Nathan!!!”

“I have dropped off packages multiple times a week for the last 5+ years. For me, it is huge that the owner works with the UPS driver to not leave the store before 5 pm. At a lot of UPS stores there is no consistency as to what time packages are picked up daily. I know if I get there before 5 pm that my package will go out the same day. Thank you for your great work and taking care hundreds (maybe thousands) of my packages over the years!!!”
