Sporting Goods in Blue Ash, OH

“Great location, staff has always been nothing but nice .. giving 4 stars because I’ve had rewards expire in the past and when mentioned literally no questions asked, they can see i had it, i spend money there and really get all my shoes there (husband as well if they have his size available), but today i was told sorry cannot apply and they track that stuff — what gives?
I even mentioned like hmm okay i guess it depends on who works I’ve never had an issue before …. bummer
But i was told it’s tracked :(
Even the female owner has helped apply before so I’m not sure what the issue was but that was a let down”

“We traveled to Cincinnati for the day and wanted to check this place out since we don’t have a hockey shop where we live. The store was awesome and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Nathan helped me get fitted for skates and showed me around to find everything I was looking for. He even recommended another Perani’s location that’s a little bit closer to us in Nashville. We’ll definitely be checking that one out and coming back next time we are in town!”
