There is no pressure to buy a specific brand or model.They service what they sell. Since home equipment can run in the multiple thousands of dollars, having service option is a must. I have heard and read horror stories of people buying equipment from online retailers who won't back up a warranty when something goes bad.I purchased one piece of equipment that had an issue with an arm attachment. After performing a service call and determining one of the set screws had been stripped, they replaced the entire machine.Nice people, owner operated, good prices, great service.”

“We're not runners but restauranteurs, so we're on our feet all day. We stopped in here after a family member recommended them. Lots of choices and we tried the best ones for our feet, after a comprehensive exam, not only standing measurements, but also walking too. The salesman was very patient as we tried multiple combinations of shoes and inserts. We were even encouraged to put two different shoes on to compare. My husband was able to purchase what he needed here, but they didn't have my size available. It is at another local store, so I was able to pay for them and drive to the other location to pick up the shoes they were holding for me! We will definitely be back when we wear these out.”

They have a great selection of shoes and their prices are NOT HIGHWAY ROBBERY LIKE OTHER STORES!!! A young man tried locating a shoe for me but said there was a stock issue or it was on hold for another customer. I continued to look around and then asked a different sales associate for help. She also checked stock for the same shoe and then offered a few others. I wanted the hands free slip in in Navy in a wide. It was not available and I really liked the way the Black one felt on my foot. Nikki was not to be swayed .
