“I have to give this company a 5 star rating because the first driver Kevin M. that came to check out our van was great he tried everything that he knew to try to get it running. It would not start so he had to call to have a smaller truck come to tow it. While I was waiting for the other truck to come he kept checking on me to make sure I was ok. When Matt N. arrived with the other truck they worked together to get my van on the lift. When I asked how much it was they told me that they had talked to their boss Jim and they were not going to charge us the extra fee. See we are intown from Iowa here for Cincinnati Childrens Hospital. They are an amazing company”

“Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! They also dealt seamlessly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Eastern Hills Automotive and plan to come to them in the future with any auto repair needs.”

They were nice enough to open the impound lot on a holiday weekend for us to get our belongs out. “I just had my car tint fixed in here which was installed last year. Informed the owner about the problem and he took care of if right away. They also suggested for some car windows to be tinted and gave me a fair price for it. I would definitely recommend this shop. Plus, he also have other auto related business that you might need.”
“Ray and Jacob are both heroes (without the capes). This local gem of a repair shop is honest and fair. I used to go up the street to a different mechanic I won't name. They weren't bad, just expensive, which caused me to look around and find Cooks. They've been in business for an impressive amount of time, I believe just shy of 100 years. I've even seen an interesting YouTube interview with Ray that explains the history of the shop. Good honest and reliable mechanics are so hard to find. Only thing, and I don't even consider this an issue, but they will take their time and not rush any job. It is a smaller family owned shop, and the main man is a bit older, so there can be some wait time, but to me, quality will always come before quantity when it comes to repairing the right way ✅️”

Bought my new vehicle I had to get new tires on it and I refuse to go back to tire discounters I went to this location and it was an easy smooth process as well as they took care of me on the price of new tires. “I used them a couple of days ago for a wreck I was involved in. The Hamilton County Sheriff called and they were the one up on the rotation that showed up. The tow driver was polite, as was the office manager when I showed up yesterday to get some things from my vehicle, take off my license plates and take some pictures. My car was towed from there by my insurance company. So, that's the last of my interactions with them.”

“Our car started a nasty rattle on the way to my daughter’s driving test. We brought it to the shop after and Tater (the owner) offered to go for a ride and immediately identified it as a bad axel. Next day the mechanic Doug did replace both axels, but also both ball joints. When I came back he showed me the parts he replaced and explained what had gone wrong with them and why they needed to be replaced.
I’m confidant it was done right and I’m pleased with the price. My daughter’s ready to drive.”
