“Appears to be a good shop? They came highly recommended by other mechanics. I went in for diagnostic service and a quote.... Never did get an answer.... But they didn't charge me for their time. ?????”

“Good Service. Showed up quickly (less than 10 minutes to Liberty Fairfield Rd and Route 4) on a Saturday afternoon and took great care not to damage our vehicle. Hope we don't need to, but if we do, we would definitely use again.”

“If you are looking for an auto shop with genuine integrity and high character, Thomas & Sons is it. As a veteran who was in a tough spot trying to navigate a highly frustrating third-party process to get my Tundra fixed, I cannot say enough good things about this team. Phil went absolutely above and beyond from beginning to end, actively helping me cut through the red tape when he didn’t have to. Beyond the phenomenal mechanical work, the Owner stepped up and helped me out in a way that got me back on the road with zero stress. Phil and I talked on the phone about how things align, and I can honestly say their compassion was a true blessing and a miracle for me this week. Noah and the rest of the crew were also top-notch. It is rare to find a business that truly operates on strong Christian values and cares about the people walking through their doors. They have earned my absolute respect and my business for life.”

“Clean cut and very helpful. Went above and beyond what is asked of them 10 times out of 10. Respect all the staff and they will respect you. Honestly anyone leaving a bad review. More than likely you were in the wrong in the first place. Of course you never want your car towed but if it has to be. I feel more secure that Magnoila Towing is the one to tow it.”
