Had my hatchback towed from BG to Grand Rapids (15ish miles) the whole process from getting the car on the trailer, driving to Grand Rapids then getting the car off the trailer took a maximum of 40 minutes. The gentleman that preformed the service was very skilled and helpful! If you need towed somewhere this the company to hire.”

“I reviewed Thayer Toyota in Bowling Green three years ago as having great customer service. I decided that after three more years of excellence, I needed to revisit and update my review. I want to mention the apparent competence of the unseen and thus unidentified mechanics who've done excellent work over the years on my automobile (that is now a senior citizen like me), but I especially want to praise the front-line guys with whom I speak to make my appointment and who discuss with me and coordinate my car's inspection and work to be performed. Tom and Brian are among the nicest people I do business with, and I actually enjoy our interactions. I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else for service, and it's due to the phenomenal customer service delivered by a great staff.”

“I prefer to do my own service work and I won't let anyone else touch my Audi except Lyric Auto.
I'll admit, I was a bit concerned after the ownership change. However, once I developed a coolant leak and then a check engine light, I decided it was a good time to test them out. I really don't like dealing with fluid. Especially in the winter.
They were professional, timely, and came in under estimate (which I thought was very reasonable in the first place.)
I had read that the OEM replacement water pump was plastic and called to ask if there were other options. They were way ahead of me and were quoting an aluminum version. Lyric is still the only place that I will be taking my car.”

“I was 27 around 1980 when we moved to BG with old tires on everything we drove. Everyone told me to go to Specks for a tire repair and that was the day I met Bruce and Terry. Best experience of my life. Like family.
Money is now scarce again in my 70's so back to Specks for a repair.
I sat in the waiting room by myself and heard Bruce talking to customers in person and on the phone just like they were family.....just like back in 1980 when I first visited Specks Tire.
I did start to tear up seeing how much the three of us have aged in almost 50 years. Come on..we have!!.. ha.
So my review of Specks Tires is this business is the best place for Tire Sales and Service. Thanks for the memories Terry and Bruce and I will be back soon.”
