“I prefer this location over any in my area sing because the other branches are unwelcoming and the other locations staff tend to be rude and give off the vibe that they really don't want to be there. I don't go to the bank often as much of my banking is done online however when I do I definitely go here. The staff is friendly and faster than other branches in the area. It is conveniently located right outside of downtown BG near the hospital. The area is well lit and incredibly safe.”

“This bank understands the meaning of customer service. While traveling from out of state and not having a Chase branch in my town, I needed to address my deceased mothers account in yet a 3rd state. The branch manager, Sarah, made several calls and emails to rectify a situation that was created elsewhere in another location. She worked tirelessly and would not accept an incomplete resolution sending me down the road to deal with this at a later date. Everything was resolved during my impromptu visit. I highly recommend Chase bank especially the bowling green location.”

“I suspect those who complained about service did not show up as *kind* themselves. I've noticed you get what you give. I had an issue and was super frustrated. The customer service rep was kind and tried to be helpful. Of course, I understand humanity and know that treating people how I want to be treated is essential, and the customer is NOT always right. Mind yourself and others will be kind. Most customer service reps do NOT get paid enough to deal with jerk customers.”
“Paul at the help center and Bryan at this branch handled my issue instantly, but other help center personnel and the officer at the other bank on the same road were unable or unwilling to assist me in resolving the issue. This simple activity took me more than a month. I like Huntington Bank, but having non-customer-focused employees affects my perception of the bank while I pay lots of money to the bank. Please hire more self-driven, bright, and customer-focused employees like Paul and Bryan.”
“I had a wonderful experience there today. Depositing my rent check i went through the drive through. The teller was a younger woman and was incredibly nice. She paid attention to every detail and my dogs (which go everywhere with me) and offered them treats, but what really made it pleasent was her charming and outgoing personality. A big Thanks to her, it was refreshing. (May even consider banking with Huntington in the future!)”
