They continued and worked with me on my payments. I will forever be grateful for their kind hearts and understanding . I also have moved a few times. “I would like to highly recognize and genuinely thank Laura at this Cricket Wireless location who went way above and beyond helping me today. I've been a CW customer for many years, but I don't change phones often (we shared a chuckle about that). For me, it's a huge stressor for many reasons. I arrived when she opened today and after she helped two other customers, she gave me her full attention for well over an hour (no one else had come in) and helped me decide on the best phone for me, but also why it was. She carefully and kindly explained what she was going in the transfer of phone data, but also why. I asked many questions because I didnt understand, and she didn't ridicule me or make me feel stupid. Her genuine and professional care, understanding, and expertise made me realize she knew what she was doing and I could count on everything transferring ok. She then took the time to explain the new phone, how to fix things or change settings, etc. She will say she was just doing her job, and indeed she was. But to me, it made an otherwise stressful event something easy and manageable. She made my customer loyalty and visit today feel important, and for someone who doesn't have a big circle, that means so much. In the course of our conversation, we discovered a mutual interest in another state, and it made the time as we waited for the system to transfer settings pass with enjoyment. I highly recommend Laura and this location for any Cricket issues, and I want to extend a personal thank you to her and hope that Cricket will recognize someone who puts the best forward for Cricket and that it is truly appreciated. “This shop has always treated me right and that's why they'll continue to be my go-to for any vape productsThey accidentally sold me the wrong juice today and I called them after about an hour when I noticed to calmly and politely (bc of course kindness is the best policy, anger helps nobody) explain the situation and ask what they could do bc the juice they sold me was already opened and I didn't take a close look because I just assumed it was the one I asked for.They offered to make it right at no cost. Great store with great employees. Mistakes happen, and in their defense, I should've checked the juice I got instead of assuming it was the right one, so I'm not faultless either, and I will be making sure next time before I open it so nobody's inconveniencedI'm just glad they were kind and willing to help out bc I could stomach another flavor, but tobacco flavor vape liquid is the worst lol.
