“I had a FANTASTIC experience with this store- almost entirely thanks to ASH AND LITTLE JOHN ?They were so personable and helpful- they answered every question I had, despite me having virtually no understanding of ANYTHING even remotely related to technology. I encourage anyone that goes to this location to ask for them specifically.I was treated with respect and it was clear that both these employees cared deeply about ensuring the satisfaction of their customers. I hope this reaches their manager- if anyone deserves a raise, it’s these two. Customer service needs more people like them.Before you leave a bad review about this store, ask yourself if you treated the people trying to help you with kindness and respect. “Like the phone message said, I made an appointment for curbside, but showed up 30 minutes early and went inside. Justin greeted me, and asked me a few questions. When he started to work on the phone I excused myself and went out to the car. Then he came out, and we chatted about the phone. He fixed the problem, and did a few more things for me. He was friendly and patient. The store was clean and neat. When a customer came to the door a salesperson opened it and started to help the customer.”
