“I am always impressed at the pharmacy department at Rite Aid. They are always professional and very knowledgeable and upbeat. I have never had to wait very long and they act like they enjoy their job because they do. There is no other place in Bowling Green where I Would have my prescriptions filled. You can tell they have great hiring practices for all of their people.”
“I LOVE this pharmacy. I'm no longer a nameless person. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. Best of all, they know what they are doing (unlike the previous home delivered pharmacy I used). I'm in a wheelchair most of the time, so they deliver my medications, usually the same day if I call them early in the day.”
“My experience wasn't bad. Friend and I went together, just got seen for strep throat. My friend though wanted to pick up their anxiety medication and the old blonde woman in the pharmacy gave them a hard time. She was a jerk about it. I rarely leave reviews but I was really upset about the incident. My friend said they felt like she was being mean just to be mean. We will both make sure to take our business elsewhere from now on.”
“The Pharmacy is a compact area in the back of the store by dairy. But it looks like they have expanded the rows and were well stocked on all their products. There were signs for vaccine registration but no lines. The area was clean and well staffed. The associate I worked with was friendly and helpful.”
“I live moments away from this location. Even if it weren't I would go out of my way to go to this location. There is beyond plenty of parking- the lot is clean, well lit and maintained very well. The overall store is clean, well laid out, organized and managed better than a lot of locations I've been to. The bathrooms are so so, and I would like to see them clean it more than every few hours. This location is always rather busy and their bathrooms are clean but there are often times a lot of tp (how tf does that even happen, idk) and paper towels on the floor. I also want to mention that their pickup option is glorious. God bless the person who invited the online order/pickup option. Not only does it save me time, is mega convenient, but the staff are mega nice as well!”

“I have been using the Kroger pharmacy for more than ten years and I am quite pleased with the service I receive. When my doctor sends in a new prescription, it's typically ready later that day. If not, it's always ready the next day. I order renewals using the Kroger app and that works well for me. I can request a specific day and time to pick it up, and they will notify me if it will be ready later than that. Most of my renewals are filled at a Columbus location and are delivered to Bowling Green around noon the following day. The staff are always friendly and helpful when I pick up the prescription. A pharmacist is ready to help me in the rare instance when I have questions about a prescription.
I'm aware that a number of people are unhappy with the drive through service. I never use drive through, so I can't speak to that.”
“Helpful, friendly staff! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I had my children with me and the employees working were all so happy and outgoing. I was assisted with everything I was looking for, we are from out of town and weren’t familiar with the store. Very pleasant experience!”
“The staff at the pharmacy are phenomenal especially Mango and John - they have both helped me so much with prescriptions. Which is why I rate this 4 stars it would have been 5 stars if not for what happened today. There was a woman working in pharmacy we hadn’t seen before - she was yelling at a hard of hearing elderly customer and asking him not to raise his voice at her despite his issues with hearing. She also asked if I needed all my prescriptions tonight (only one was ready), when the answer to that question was yes she said they closed in an hour. We simply said okay and didn’t give a hassle, ready to go on with our one med, when she turned to a coworker and said ‘can you fill five scripts in an hour? no we cant.’ Unprompted and unnecessarily unpleasant.”
