“So I was upset because my insurance is a PITA. I was frustrated by not getting an explanation that made sense to me in my frustration about why my RX was now drastically more expensive. After receiving a survey request while being frustrated I ripped them up. I received a call from the pharmacist I believe was Sue. She was very polite patient and let me complain. She explained everything very well. I realized that I was just being unreasonable. I then apologized to her and decided to write this review. Unfortunately my insurance forces certain things as Rite Aid isn't a "preferred" pharmacy so I have to use express scripts and other pharmacies that are not convenient. I will continue to use Rite Aid for any immediate needs and play ball with the insurance. Thank you for reaching out and hearing me out!”

“Time after Time when I visit the pharmacy at Kroger in Waterville Ohio I am absolutely impressed with the professionalism and the courtesy of the staff. Today going in for my RSV vaccine went so smoothly. A young pharmacist named Beth assisted me, explained to me and comforted me and informed me of what to expect in possible side effects. Another pharmacist named Matt checked in and a sense of humor in any kind of a healthcare situation is appreciated and he and Beth and I had a good laugh. A quick in and out, professionally administered and with a staff that the loan so well. I highly recommend Kroger pharmacy”

“I have never had issues with Kroger pharmacy. My prescriptions are always on time unless I run out of refills. As for the 1-130 lunch break...most pharmacies are doing this. If you know this then plan your time accordingly. It's not that difficult. They are open until 8 or 9 in the evening. Most places have to make do with short staffing these days. I gave a 4 because I don't believe in 5's because no one is perfect.”
