“OK I only gave them a 5 star because they sell books . I DON'T NO OF ANY OTHER STORE THAT SELLS BOOKS IN PERSON ANYMORE . Only online can you get a book . They are practically non existent . Anyhow the store is a DISASTER MESS . There is no organization ,I've seen flea markets better organized . Everything is just thrown anywhere throughout the store. There's sections I guess but what a mess . They need more staff , let's face it all these places are all understaffed ,underpaid and miss managed . Workers frustrated because there set up to fail. Enough said ,go there and buy a book before they no longer exist like pennies.”
“Five Below is always such a fun place to shop - theres just so much cool and random stuff to look through, and I almost always find something I didn’t even know I wanted. The person at the checkout was super friendly and made the experience really pleasant. The only downside was that one staff member stocking shelves was really rude, which kind of took away from the vibe. Still, overall it’s a great store with tons of fun finds!”

“They are working on coming back. You can tell they have significantly reduced the number of items they carry in inventory, even in the holiday decor area, Big Lots used to carry so much more decor for Halloween and Christmas.
They still carry staples like shampoo, conditioner and body wash at great prices and they carry a lot more clothing than the old Big Lots used to carry.
I am hoping that the longer they are open the more their inventory will grow.”
“I went to Vitcom just browsing the plaza of Harbor Freight, Sakura Buffet, Don Ramones Restaurant, Cleveland Thrift and Furniture and Vitcom. I was surprised to see the items in Vitcom. I purchased a 350 sq ft 8000 BTU portable air conditioner unit (new) in the box for $200. They have the smaller ones from $135 in the box. The transaction was smooth and they email and text receipts to your phone, no paper receipts. When we arrived, they must have had at least 50 air conditioners. The next day maybe 25. I am proud of my purchase and I am enjoying my air conditioner.”

“Great customer service. I was in town for a meeting (8/14 around 9am) and stopped at this location looking for some quick earrings. Because I totally forgot mine. It was a women on duty who was so kind. She literally went above and beyond even offering her earrings she had on. This was such a heart warming experience. Even her stopping what she was doing to show me what they had available in store because it looked as if she was the only one working. I did not catch her name but I wish many blessings on her...”

The staff here deserve instant sainthood. Seriously — if there’s a heaven fast-pass, these folks are first in line. They deal with nonstop chaos, restock faster than a TikTok trend, and somehow keep smiling through it all.
Every holiday shows up here two months early (Halloween in August? Yup.) and still manages to sell out. It’s my go-to for balloons, cards, wrapping paper, and random gifts that make me look like I have Bezos money on a thrift-store budget.
Massive parking lot, endless seasonal deals, and that chaotic charm we all secretly love. If retail purgatory exists, this team turned it into paradise. ??”

“I shop at this Family Dollar regularly. Todays visit was the second time this week. The first time this week that I visited they had no candles (I buy several plain white candles each time I visit) but it was refilled by my visit today. They usually have what I am looking for. Sometimes the workers speak when I enter the store, sometimes they don't. It's clean and organized. What more can I ask for?”

“Marc's is my to-go to place for groceries. The meat selection is limited. A couple of times I purchased tomatoes, regular or cherry and it tastes like they sprayed some pesticide or some type of chemicals on the tomatoes. I couldn't eat them so I threw them away.”

“I lost my wallet at this store. I did not know that at the time, thought I lost it at another store before arriving there. Long story short, the guy I always speak to and is so very kind to respond and acknowledge me, showed up at my apartment today with wallet, everything in tact, I mean everything, quite a bit of cash, credit cards, important information, like nothing was moved. Thank God for this man and I am forever indebted to him even though everything was cancelled out and replaced. I can’t describe what this means to me there aren’t enough words. “I go to this store at least every other week. Always find something on sale. I like their outlet section. Only thing I'd improve is watering and taking care of plants you're trying to sell outside. They're almost dried or dead for the prices you're selling them for. Some of the register ladies really hate their jobs with their poor customer service. There's a young lady that helps bag, she's welcoming and deserves her job. I will update when I find out her name.”
