“Five Below is always such a fun place to shop - theres just so much cool and random stuff to look through, and I almost always find something I didn’t even know I wanted. The person at the checkout was super friendly and made the experience really pleasant. The only downside was that one staff member stocking shelves was really rude, which kind of took away from the vibe. Still, overall it’s a great store with tons of fun finds!”

Ollie's this was my first time in a very long time
I was very impressed
I did not realize Ollie's carried as many different things as they do
I went there to purchase a round area rug for my dining room table I also found some other items that I didn't expect to be found at Ollie's
The service was great
I can't wait to go back

“Probably one of the cleanest most organized 5 belows I have ever seen in my entire life! I was amazed how everything was well put together and in the correct spot. Has many great snacks and drinks for a cheap price! Absolutely love this location and will come back if I am in the area!”
“They are working on coming back. You can tell they have significantly reduced the number of items they carry in inventory, even in the holiday decor area, Big Lots used to carry so much more decor for Halloween and Christmas.
They still carry staples like shampoo, conditioner and body wash at great prices and they carry a lot more clothing than the old Big Lots used to carry.
I am hoping that the longer they are open the more their inventory will grow.”
“This store has a variety of items. I usually come here for something my son needs last minute (like a white dress shirt for a choir concert) and I am never disappointed. I am able to get what's needed at a wonderful price point.”

“Hands down my favorite Drug Mart of all time. Its the biggest one that I know of and has such a unique and abundant selection. It far out weighs the Kent and Stow locations. They are awesome too mind you, but this one really stands out. You can find most of what you are looking for here. Much like a little mini Walmart. Hopefully you guys keep being the greatness you are!”

“I should NOT say this, but I will.....T-BONE STEAKS!!!!! Dang it, I gave away my secret. They are three to a pack (perfect for MY family size) and I can get THREE packages here for the same price that I would pay for ONE elsewhere. This store has some of the BEST meats (I don't eat pork). They also have some priced to sell meats as well (meaning you need to make them the day of purchase or the next day or immediately freeze them). Just because it says Save A Lot doesn't mean that everything is off brand. THERE ARE A LOT OF HIGH QUALITY NAME BRANDS HERE (sorry for yelling.....LOL!). I have gotten a lot of "two fors" here in the produce section. If you want to make your money go a long way, I recommend checking out their meats and other name brand items when you get a chance. You can always go to whatever other grocery store you frequent and get the rest of your food items if need be.”
“Although this location has been disappointing in the past, it has new management, and it is much more organized. Hours are back to normal, too. I just wish this location and others in the area had items that are frequently seen on social media.”

“Due to the lack of employees in the recent past shelves were not stocked. But it's getting Much better...Here's a tip:::If you don't see what you want on the shelf, ask someone who works there, if they have it out back BC They Probably do. Employees are very nice and easy to talk to. Like I said before The store is looking better and being stocked. I am kind of bias tho' bc I shop there ALL THE TIME. I only gave 4 stars bc of the few empty shelves. Employees are very pleasant and are willing to help in any way.”

“I needed a lighter to lite my candles. I remembered seeing lighters at the entrance of the store and sometimes in the paper aisle on numerous occasions. I entered the store today and NO lighters!!! I asked the cashier and she stated that they still had them because she sold one earlier and to check in the paper aisle. I went back couldn’t find it and returned to the cashier. She wasn’t there ( I assumed she had went on break) .She reappeared with a smile and told me where they were located. ? I’m today’s time where customer service is nonexistent I would like to give kudos to Ms. Chamiah . I very much appreciate her!!!!”
“I lost my wallet at this store. I did not know that at the time, thought I lost it at another store before arriving there. Long story short, the guy I always speak to and is so very kind to respond and acknowledge me, showed up at my apartment today with wallet, everything in tact, I mean everything, quite a bit of cash, credit cards, important information, like nothing was moved. Thank God for this man and I am forever indebted to him even though everything was cancelled out and replaced. I can’t describe what this means to me there aren’t enough words. I have live in this neighborhood for 15yrs. This store has been my go to all these years for things like birthday bags, decorations, oils, shopping carts , rugs, electrical cords, small tools , etc.. IYKYK, simple as that. Thank you Sir, I don’t know you and you don’t know me besides our interactions as a proprietor and a customer, but you have exceeded that with your kind soul for going over and beyond. “I come to this store three times a week. The Manager Bill, is always working, stocking, arranging items, and servicing customers. He is always ready to stop and help a customer find what they are looking for. Great customer service skills, and goes out of his way to give every shopper a great experience. What I like and respect most about Bill and his store, is, during these difficult times, when prices are going up, Bill still finds a way to give the customers great deals. I've included photos to show some of the deals. Thank you to Marcs and to Bill, for helping us find affordable foods during these trying times.”

“This location actually stays open until the time listed as their closing time! How it should be! The employees are very friendly and personable, we had a great conversation. They don’t push people out near closing like most locations employees do. This DG also has a nice produce little section! Most locations DO NOT HAVE THIS. The toy section is also a lot nicer than most stores have! 10/10 would recommend this location to others. ☺️”
“This one on Broadway and southgate is the best the one on e143 and kinsman those young girls and that one lady Mr need to go to a class on how to talk to your customers correct. If they were in a white neighborhood they would act different I spend slot of money in family dollar.and the store on e130 and buckeye those young girl don't have any respect I raised my daughter well. But family dollar is going to lose alot of business because of these kids with attitude just look in your cameras and listen to your audio. Give that job to someone who needs it thank-you”

“I tried to call and speak with a manager but the phone timed out and went to busy - SUE IN PLANTS IS AMAZING! I was there today with my baby and only had one free hand. She helped me untangle plants, get things in my cart, carried potting mix for me, offered to help me load my car… she was a superstar. The nicest and sweetest customer service interaction I’ve had in awhile - she isn’t just doing her job, she’s going above and beyond and I hope she gets recognition for how helpful and pleasant and kind she is!”
