When I went in on a Saturday I spoke to a new general manager named Darrell who researched the situation and found out. It was an error on the company part. He immediately fixed the error and was very knowledgeable And helpful.”

“The person working in the office was efficient and very helpful. However, we have found that the lighting is inconsistent about coming on and goes off while we're in the middle of whatever we're doing. Also, some of the doors don't function properly. And, when we started last year there was always a flatbed or two available, but now they are all gone.”

The lady helped us to get the motorcycle trailer out of the snow and then a nice gentleman even helped pull the truck to help pull the trailer, it was frozen to the ground and the road was slippery. Then even added some salt to the bed of the trailer so we were able to load our motorcycle safely! Appreciate the help so much! 5 stars!”

“Secured NorthCoast Moving and Storage services from packing and move and storing at their facility, followed by the move out of storage and move into new residence. The entire process grueling as packing and moving can be, however with the help of NorthCoast, it made the whole moving process easier.
The movers were great; very polite, respectful of property, super helpful in moving things around to designated areas (when moving in to new residence) & expedient overall!
