“Yesterday I had the battery in my phone *swell* , so I was in this area doing errands & stopped in as I Iwas having issues not being able to turn the volume up & was hard to even get it to manually shut down! Now, keep in mind I'm 75 years old and walk with a cane. Some young ppl , in the retail stores just keep, chatting or playing with their phones, Not here, there were 2 representatives
( Ally & Ryan) working at the desk, & they both looked up & acknowledge me, asking what they could do for me. I handed Ryan my phone, and explained my issues. He asked if he could see my phone. He popped open the case & the back of my phone was warped! He looked up my account and said, well I can order you a new phone, & I can fill out the claim right now & the only thing you will have to do is pay a deductible of $125.00. He did that & immediately I had a text saying that the claim was received.
Ten minutes later, another text saying my new phone was ready to be shipped. It was here this morning, from Texas, & UPS delivered it around 10am.
I went back to ATT this morning and Ally transfer the data from my old phone to the new one. PPL, that was less than 48 hours. Tomorrow I'll go back & we'll wipe the old one, they will box it up, in a prepaid box & UPS will pick it up right there !!
These 2 employees should certainly be commend on their professional work ethics!!

“I was told it did not take Sd cards...well I was worried about my pics. Then I read paper on how to use. Well it said SD card not included. So I took protective cover off and pulled out Sim tray..my SD card fit on other side of Sim card perfectly. Turned my phone back on and it said SD card inserted!.. then I found all the pics that were on it. Luke was very nice. Maybe he was not aware that it took SD card...I don't know but at least I did not loose pics!”
“I went to att&t because I needed a new phone plan. Shai greeted me once I walked into the store. She was really nice and she helped me out. She took her time to make sure I was satisfied. I recommend anybody going to that store to ask for her. Her customer service is on point. Thank you again shai!!”

I'm sorry I don't remember your name, but they had the phone in stock that My friend needed pretty much the only store in the Ohio Valley that had it. Heck I think I would take the trip to Warwood just as long as she's working if I'm going to make a purchase. She was just a joy, and helped my friend out a lot.
